Since the concept of the work family conflict was proposed by western scholars, study on this fild has never been stopped. Almost all scholars think people's time, energy and spirit are limited, devoting too much in one kind of role must cause less devotion in another role which results in nagetive effects on work, and vice versa. So, as for individual, studying work family conflict is helpful to better solve work family conflict, increase individual performance and life well-being; as for organization, studying work family conflict is helpful for employees to alleviate or overcome work family conflict, increase team coherence and organization performance. There are a lot of studies on work family conflict, but results of the antecedents (individual factors) and the consequence (ie, job satisfaction, job performance) are different. The sdudy in China is at beginning. So it is very significant to study work family conflict under the Chinese background. It is very typcal to study sales employees' work family conflict since they are often on business trip, and hardly to banlence their work and family.This study takes sales employees as sample, takes empirical research methods to analyze the effect of work family conflict on job satisfaction and job performance. Also the study analyzes the status of our sales employees' work family conflict. There are some significant conclusions which are the academic support for the enterprises to manage work family conflict, job satisfaction and job performance. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) There is a nagetive relation between intrinsic job satisfaction and strain-based WIF, strain-based FIW, and behavior-based WIF; there is a positive relation between extrinsic job satisfaction and time-based WIF; there is a nagetive relation between general job satisfaction and strain-based WIF, strain-based FIW and behavior-based WIF.(2) There is a positive relation between job performance and time-based WIF; there is a nagetive relation between job performance and time-based FIW.(3) There is partial relation between individual variable and work-family conflict.
