Scratch is a software that can realize programming quickly by building blocks.Scratch not only adds vitality to information technology classroom,but also helps students to improve their self-learning ability,logical thinking and innovation ability in the process of learning.However,because a number of information technology teachers are not familiar with this software,the Scratch programming language teaching method is still in its infancy,and the research on how to reasonably conduct teaching design is not thorough.As a consequence,in the actual teaching process,it is always found some of the students had deserted and liked to play some computer games,which greatly influenced the learning effect.Faced with this situation,we propose our research named Junior high school program design course based on educational games Teaching Design and Applied Research.This research is carried out for a certain class in Grade 1,junior high school.Firstly,we conducted questionnaires and interviews with experimental class and information technology teachers to know the students' current learning situation and the teachers' existing teaching methods.And then the study designs targeted and systematic teaching game resources as well as the teaching design solutions according to the characteristics of learners and learning preferences.And then,this study comprehensively used the methods of questionnaire surveys and interviews to investigate and analyze changes in the students'learning interests,learning attitudes,learning styles and motivations.methods of research mainly used in this paper include literature research method,experiment method,questionnaire survey method,and interview method.The data analysis mainly used SPSS.The results of the study as following:First,Scratch courses,which based on educational game resources,can improve students' interest in learning effectively,and more students are willing to join the class.Teachers also can use the multimedia resources of the game to keep students' enthusiasm and interest.Second,Scratch courses,whichbased on educational game resources,are conducive to correct students' learning attitude,improve students' attention in information technology courses,subtly change students' learning attitudes,and enable students to actively study and develop self-learning habits in the classroom.Third,Scratch courses,which based on educational game resources,can improve students' learning methods.Fourth,Scratch courses,which based on educational game resources,can improve students' learning motivation.Finally,this study hopes to accumulate experience for the development of experimental information technology teaching resources and provide lessons for Scratch teaching in other primary and secondary schools in Wuhan or other regions.
