At present secondary vocationa l stud ents in the school can accept to the diversecareer information, inc lud ing career pla nning a compulsory or elective courses, careeror studies related to the lectures or academic activities, writte n information, networkresources, etc., most secondary vocationa l students can through the school teachers’career counse ling to assist, self reflection, as well as to the future entranceinformatio n collection, to partic ipate in co mmunity activities, short-term work, withthe help of practical experie nce of life, to explore personal abilities and interest, andbegan to think about future career in the world. In the secondary vocatio na l teachers’career counse ling process, however, will still find students due to face the careerpressure, especia lly be fore making a career decis ion to myself there are still manycomp le x factors, amo ng them with fa milies and ind ividua ls related to career to the mall the information about their career decis ion-mak ing influence most can not beignored.In secondary vocationa l school students career pla nning education, secondaryvocationa l school education’s characteristic, is the ine vitable require ment of keep upwith the change of The Times. In recent years, most secondary vocationa l schools inour country to develop the students’ career planning education, the students set upgreat ideal and clear career goal, pla nning, learning activities and played a positiverole in promoting the hea lthy growth. At present, how better to finis h a good careerplanning education courses before secondary vocatio nal educators has beco me animportant research. This study in secondary vocationa l education career planning asthe research object, elaborated the paper research background, research purpose andsignifica nce, deeply compared and analyzed the related literature review both at homeand abroad, detailed introduces the three ma in factors affecting secondary vocationa llife career pla nning model construction of the basic situatio n, through to the guizhouprovince nine public vocatio nal schools in the investigatio n and ana lys is of nearly onethousand students in grade three, the three influe nc ing factors is obtained theinteraction model. Studies ha ve found that fa mily e nvironment, career self-conceptcareer target selection and career pla nning of secondary vocatio na l life most rele vant,career skills a nd career interests for the secondary vocationa l student’s whole careerself-efficacy influe nces the highest. F ina lly, in view o f the secondary vocationa l educators, school educatio n and career counseling different starting point, andtargeted puts forward perfect feas ib le measures of secondary vocationa l schooleducation career planning.
