In recent years,preschool education and preschool teachers have always been the focus of government work,and kindergarten male teachers are also regarded as rare in the kindergarten teacher team.Therefore,based on their own interests and experiences related to practical experience,the selection of topics is proposed.The importance of male teachers for early childhood development has always been related to research and discussion.Male teachers have a role that cannot be replaced by female teachers in terms of psychological development and physiological development of infants.More and more people in society require kindergarteners for kindergartens.Teachers agree,but there is less research on the specific needs of kindergartens for male teachers at home and abroad.Therefore,in order to further improve the mechanism for the construction of kindergarten teachers in China and improve the management of kindergarten teachers,this study focuses on the kindergarten male teachers and is committed to understanding the needs of kindergartens for male teachers.This research mainly uses the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to conduct an in-depth study on the relevant requirements of kindergartens about male teachers,and puts forward relevant suggestions that are beneficial to the development of kindergarten male teachers.This study is divided into four parts except introduction and research reflection.The first part briefly introduces the results of the survey on the status of the employment of male teachers in kindergartens.The content mainly concerns the employment status of male teachers in kindergartens and the differences in the job satisfaction of parents for male teachers under different conditions.It is concluded that the satisfaction of parents in different age groups exists.Significant influence was found,and there was a significant difference in parental satisfaction between small class,middle class,and large class.The satisfaction of large class parents was higher than that of small class parents.The second part mainly analyzes the overall result and analysis of kindergarten's demand for male teachers.It mainly includes two aspects:the analysis of the results of demand status and the comparative analysis of parents' needs for kindergarten male teachers.The results of the survey show that:1.Parents and kindergarten managers generally recognize the importance of male teachers for infant development and education,and believe that the current number of male teachers is generally lacking,and there are fewer available male teachers.2.It is hoped that the intention of increasing male teachers is stronger.3.Compared with male teachers taking care of classes,parents are more inclined to organize sports activities for male teachers;most parents and kindergarten managers prefer male teachers to special professional teachers,especially physical activity teachers.4.Most parents and managers have higher qualification requirements for male teachers,and more specialized professionals such as professional counterparts,teacher qualification certificates,and music are required to enter the kindergarten male teacher profession;Measure and assess the male teacher's first place,pays great attention to the male teacher morality.5.There is a significant difference in boys' and girls' parents' perceptions of the developmental role of male teachers;fathers do not want male teachers to work as administrators in kindergartens;there is a significant difference between boys' parents and girls' parents in the demand for male teachers' job types.Sexual differences,boys parents need more,and more hope that male teachers do classes with class teachers;different gender parents of male teachers,there are significant differences in the qualification requirements.In the third part,through the qualitative analysis of interview data,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Parents,principals and teachers as relevant stakeholders,and the demand situation of male teachers mainly involves four aspects:demand position,job demand type,requirements and standards,parents' concerns and concerns;2.Causes of male teacher scarcity mainly include the following aspects:social cognitive level,professional training level,occupational environment level,and personal level reasons.In the fourth part,through the comprehensive analysis of questionnaires and interviews,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Fact basis:The demand for male teachers in kindergartens is urgent;2.Contradiction between supply and demand:Insufficient input for workplaces for male teachers in kindergartens;3.Strictly checking:Kindergarten male teachers must ensure quality and strictly control standards.Finally,according to the conclusions,the relevant recommendations are put forward from three perspectives:the government,society,schools,kindergartens,and individuals,such as macro,meso,and micro.
