Affected by various factors,the main body of the kindergartenteacher is female.however,with economic development and socialchange,people have come to realize the gender balance of thekindergarten teacher,which has a influence on children ’s genderconsciousness and their character.Therefore people infer indirectlychildren’s education need more and more male teacher.According toresearching the previous documents,the author finds most writersstudy this project from the influences which have had by theunbalance of the gender in order to call for the male to join theteam.The research method of the article and see,those articlesmostly used interview and filed observation method,less people usethe questionnaire survey and statistical data analysis.So it is worthresearching the current situation of scarcity of male kindergartenteachers.Based on the previous research,combine the statistical analysisand interview individual for this paper ’s data material, then use therelevant theory knowledge to this research. The passage is dividedinto five chapters:the first chapter describes that the relatedconcepts and theories used in this research and makes a conclusion on the precedent documents,then draws out the purpose of study.Thesecond chapter,from the kindergarten teacher ’s and social publicquestionnaire analysis,can know preschool teachers ’ presentsituation and male teachers’ scarcity of related factors.The thirdchapter,combined the results of statistical data with in depthinterview,then found the causes of male teachers in lack fromindividuals、schools、and society.The fourth chapter,argued thenecessity of increasing male teacher in the kindergarten from thechildren、kindergarten and social.In the last chapter,discussed how toincrease the man teachers and concludes the passage.The conclusions of this research are as follows:The first,creatinga complete system to increase male teachers in order to improve thecurrent situation.The second,there are some reasons affecting themen to make kindergarten teachers,among of them traditionalopinions and economic pressure influence seriously. The third, mostpeople agree to increase the man teachers in the kindergarten andthink it is a trend to let more and more men to be teachers.Thefourth,male teachers should take part in managing classes andcommunicating with children,rather than such a cook、driver、doorkeeper as usual,Men will fully reflect the characteristics of sexonly in the real contact with children in daily life and studycourse .therefore male teachers are suitable to look after the olderchildren, because they realize the differences which will affect theirdevelopments.
