In recent years,the program for international student assessment(PISA)has attracted the attention of China's basic education sector.It is the government across Asia,Europe,the United States 30 countries of international economic organization of the development of economic cooperation and development organization(OECD)international student assessment project,in order to promote national economic development and growth and the improvement of living standards of international product.The education research,based on PISA,is a unique and unique role for global economic development in response to severe challenges such as economic,social and governmental governance in the era of globalization.The PISA test subjects are mainly students who have completed basic education and 15 years old,and there is no specific stipulation on students' grades and school forms.PISA is aimed at the end of compulsory education,the young people around the age of 15 students can master the ability of lifelong learning to participate in social need,including the knowledge and skills required to participate in social life in the future.This study from 2013 to 2017 in Hubei province secondary school level reading test paper test as sample,with reference to the PISA assessment framework of text,text type and text context,question topic and cognitive level measurement of the five dimensions of analysis of domestic secondary school level reading test paper questions the modern article reading literacy assessment,aims to learn from the PISA assessment of scientific evaluation method and evaluation of advanced concepts.Combined with the reality of domestic students reading literacy training,control of PISA reading literacy assessment,found that the reading teaching to cultivate the students' reading literacy assessment and the deficiency,the appropriate reference to study,in order to promote reading literacy assessment system in our country and further improving training scheme.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which discusses the origin,significance and research scheme of the research,and explains the connotation of relevant concepts of this research.The second part focuses on the assessment framework of the PISA reading literacy,and prepares for the data analysis.The evaluation framework of PISA reading literacy is detailed in five dimensions:text situation,text form,text type,cognitive level and question type.The third part is the analysis of reading questions in the middle examination of PISA.This part is mainly based on the five dimensions of the PISA reading literacy assessment and the data analysis of the Chinese reading problems in the central examination of Hubei province.The fourth part is the existing problems of reading literacy training and evaluation.Existing in the reading teaching to the present our country about the training and assessment of reading literacy in the analysis of existing problems,there are mainly discontinuous text reading the lack of training and examining,open question take up less than a single,reading material,students' reading strategies and reading literacy evaluation concept obviously ignored the individual growth,reading literacy assessment system mechanization,and other issues.The fifth part is the improvement strategy of reading literacy training and evaluation.From the perspective of the PISA test the reading test analysis,it can be seen reading literacy training and assessment in China also faces many problems.In this paper,this part from strengthening the cultivation of the non-continuous text reading and evaluation,adjust the reading test question topic,rich reading text material resources,strengthening the reading strategy instruction,reading teaching to students to develop standard reading accomplishment evaluation system,construct a new six aspects put forward the corresponding improvement strategy.
