Without first-rate teachers,there is no first-class education,century-old plan,education is the origin,the revitalization of the country's rich and powerful nation is tied to education,and the key to revitalization of education lies in teachers.Full-time education master's degree graduate students as an important reserve forces of our country's education system,directly faces the basic education needs,the future teachers and the quality of education has the influence.Full-time education masters should cultivate high quality primary and middle school teachers.They should not only have a solid theoretical knowledge,but also have a good command of teaching practice.As a high-level application-oriented talent,practical ability is very important,so in the process of cultivation,it is necessary to strengthen the training of full-time education master's teaching ability.This paper through the understanding of the case institutions,combined with the collation of relevant literature and the survey of the status of postgraduate students,designed the question.The question is divided into "three dimensions of five aspects" : five aspects: master's degree,curriculum setting,teacher teaching,dual tutorial system and practical teaching;Three dimensions namely teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability,teaching evaluation ability.Question on H college class of 2015 full-time master of education teaching ability present situation and the influence factors of investigation,auxiliary part of the graduate student's interview,problems that exist in the insight into the training: the first is the graduate student to cultivate the students' own problems: for professional degree and training objective understanding does not reach the designated position;Not familiar with the teaching material content of primary and secondary school,the teaching design ability is lacking;In the course of teaching implementation,accidental event processing ability is not strong;Lack of guiding students to conduct self-evaluation and lack of teaching evaluation ability;The second is the problem of school training: the curriculum is not reasonable;Lack of teacher demonstration;The double tutorial system has not been effectively implemented;The external tutor is not strong;The teaching practice link is weak.Then,for the problems existing,the reasons for the training of full-time education master's teaching ability are analyzed,including their own aspects and school aspects.Self-respect: the lack of professional development initiative;School: the training program is not perfect;The professional course teacher does not pay attention to;Basic education school does not support;Not enough education resources.Finally,the problems existing in the training process of full-time education master's teaching ability are put forward,and some specific improvement strategies and suggestions are put forward.On its own,it should not only improve the understanding of the practice nature of full-time education master degree,but also be familiar with the teaching materials of primary and secondary schools,and improve the teaching design ability.Practice in practice,improve teaching implementation ability;Good at summarizing after class and improving teaching evaluation ability.In school,we should improve the training program,reconstruct the curriculum system,implement the dual tutorial system,and construct the practice base of primary and secondary schools.
