| Hierarchical interactive teaching is a teaching mode aimed at cultivating students’ divergent thinking and innovative spirit,which lies in a layered scientific and universal practicability,paying attention to students’ condition and individual differences,to the group interaction,the interaction between groups and the interaction between teachers and students coherent effectively,aiming at achieving the effect of classroom teaching optimization.The "level interaction" fully embodies the new curriculum concept of "teacher is the dominant and the student is the main body".In high school ideological and political class,the effective use of hierarchical interactive mode,can fully mobilize students’ subjective initiative,make students in problem-based teaching autonomous learning,cooperative learning,inquiry learning,construct the high school ideological and political discipline knowledge system on the whole,improve political quality.This mode makes students learn more active,more methodical,more efficient,so that teachers and students can get all-round development.With the development of the information age and the new education idea into people’s minds,the ultimate goal of education not only impart knowledge,but to inspire people’s wisdom,create force induced the people out,let people find his value,to explore the truth,learn to the initiative to acquire knowledge,to adapt to the society.The essence of teaching lies in communication and interaction,because of the characteristics of high school ideological and political class,strong theoretical,and so the teaching mode of hierarchy interaction is a good choice for classroom teaching.This article starts from the importance of education,takes the reform of basic education curriculum and the change of college entrance examination as the topic background,and analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of the interactive teaching mode.This paper summarizes the interactive teaching of high school ideological and political classes,and points out the meaning of hierarchical interactive teaching mode,the preparation of teaching and the influencing factors of teaching effectiveness.Then,the author cited a teaching case in the interactive teaching mode of high school,ideological and political classes to analyze the relationship between the teacher-directed role and the student’s subject status in the interactive teaching mode of hierarchy,and the relationship between active learning and passive acceptance of learning,the relationship between the process and the results in the level of interactive learning.Using the interview method to interview three teachers and ten students,combined with the author’s three years of teaching experience,the school analyzed three levels of problems in the ideological and political interactive teaching model of the ideological and political class,and found the reasons why.From improving the classroom teaching environment,giving full play to the teacher’s guiding role and improving students’ ability to participate in the main body to improve the level interactive teaching mode of ideological and political classes in senior middle schools.The advantages of hierarchical interactive teaching mode in the high school ideological and political class should be brought into play to find out the inadequacies.In the later period,the actual situation of the school should be combined with the strength of teachers and learning conditions to improve and improve classroom efficiency. |
