Interaction between teachers and students,for training the main content,this paper in a foreign country,on the basis of existing research,according to the theory of experiential training framework,design a set of complete and effective interaction between teachers and students training plan,and implementation of a middle school in Wuhan.The training program design is divided into three stages:curriculum development,behavioral solidification and training evaluation.In the course development stage,the course content of the existing research has been improved,and the teaching form in the existing research has been enriched,and relevant theories and technical examples in experiential training have been applied.On the basis of summarizing the related current politics research,analyzed and summarized the connotation of the interaction between teachers and students,at the same time through interview and questionnaire of the students,collected a lot of real cases,to show to share in the classroom.After the end of the training course,in order to be able to make the students as much as possible to use the contents of the classroom learning to the actual teaching situation,has carried out two exercises to strengthen step,find out their intellectual weaknesses,leak fill a vacancy,and strengthen the objective behavior.After the training,we adopted the Koch evaluation model,and analyzed the training effect from three aspects.In the course of the training,20 teachers from a middle school in Wuhan were trained for the training.In the early stage,we will go into the primary and secondary schools of different schools in Wuhan,and collect typical case scenarios,and design training programs based on the real needs of teachers.At the same time,in the design process,following the principle of "multi-activity,less preaching",standardization of various activities will make the training content more operational.According to the evaluation data of the training effect,60%of the students rated the overall effect of the course as good,and 35%of the students rated the course as excellent.In knowledge tests,the most frequently asked questions are the skills of active listening and the difference between active listening and "you" information.In the strengthening exercises,the title of the highest error rate is the improper praise,improper comfort and simple preaching in the four categories of non-accepted language.And the data shows that the error rate of these three types of problems is obviously decreased.It indicates that teachers can gradually develop correct cognition and continuity of knowledge of teacher-student interaction.Comprehensive analysis of feedback data and employees share the summary,this training program can help teachers to understand the concept of effective interaction between teachers and students,learning and keep the relevant interactive communication skills,and to establish a harmonious and stable relationship between teachers and students.
