Life is unique to each of us.Life education is not only to transfer the irreversibility of life,but also enables students to recognize the value and significance of life,helps students establish correct life values,and increases their sensibility to life,and meanwhile helps to achieve the "full person" education goals.Life education is the starting point of education,and it is also the pursuit of education.The ideological and political class has the dual task of imparting knowledge and ideological education.Infiltrating life education in high school ideological and political classes is not only a requirement of the curriculum standards,but also conducive to the physical and mental health of teenagers.In this thesis,"life education in high school ideological and political education" is taken as the research theme.Through questionnaires and other methods,the problems in life education in high school ideological and political teaching are discussed,and corresponding strategies are proposed for these issues.It promotes life education effectively in Ideological and political education at senior high schools.This thesis contains four parts.The first part is an introduction,mainly expounding the origin of life education,the significance of research,the status of researches on life education at home and abroad,the main research design and methods,as well as the innovations and deficiencies.The second part is related to the definition and necessity of life education.It mainly discusses the connotation and content of life education and points out the basis and importance of infiltrating life education in high school ideological and political class.The third part is about the problems of life education in high school ideological and political class.With the aid of questionnaires and other research instruments,it analyzes the problems of life education in ideological and political education class from three perspectives of the ideological and political class itself,teachers,and students.The fourth part puts forward effective strategies to strengthen life education in high school ideological and political class.It focuses on the current problems,and proposes strategies from three perspectives:integrating life education resources and the optimize life education environment;helping high school ideological and political teachers improve the quality of life education,and enabling students establish correct life values.
