Study On The Influence Factors Of The Referee's Discretion In Guangdong Province

Volleyball is an entertaining,ornamental and competitive sport.Volleyball referees are important part of the competition.With the continuous development of volleyball and the constant evolution of the rules,the quality of work of the referees is increasingly demanding.This article through to the guangdong volleyball referees investigation,use literature material law,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,Delphi method and mathematical statistics to analyzed guangdong province volleyball referees of the influence factors of the cutting efficiency,to increase the efficiency of the guangdong province volleyball referees provide theoretical reference.The results show that:(1)Guangdong province volleyball mainly male referees referee,the referee profession is PE teachers is given priority to,bachelor's degree of referees more than half,age structure is more reasonable and tend to be younger,but fewer national referees.(2)The factors influencing the executive efficacy of volleyball referees in guangdong province are: business ability,on-the-spot law enforcement ability,psychological quality,execution technology and professional ethics.(3)In terms of business ability,the business ability of the volleyball referees in guangdong province is at the national average level.Lack of experience in competitions and adjudication of large-scale competitions,the learning of theoretical knowledge has not been systematic and long-term.(4)On the on-the-spot law enforcement ability,although the referee instantaneous memory ability is good,but the ability to work independently and strain capacity,of cutting experience fewer young referees observe judgment ability is a bit weak.(5)In terms of psychological quality,the referee has a good concentration and distribution ability,and can basically stabilize his emotions.With the number of referee competitions accumulated,the referee's confidence in his own level of referees has also been continuously improved.Among them,some referees are not strong in resisting pressure.(6)In the execution technology,the referee will occasionally misjudge or miss the judgment in the competition,with less chances of missing judgment and good cooperation.In terms of professional ethics,the volleyball referees in guangdong province have a good attitude of professionalism and ideological morality.
