The Study On The School-Enterprise Cooperation In Accounting Major

It is our country's vocational colleges characteristics to cultivate the talents through the way by school-enterprise cooperation,on which is easier to solve the problem of school students' employment,can achieve the mutual benefit developing the school and the company through the cooperation,and study it will help develop our country's vocational colleges and our country's vocational education.This study takes the Cheng Dao Accounting Studio in Guangzhou Commercial School as an example,and comprehensively uses the literature,case study,archival material,questionnaire survey and some other methods to study,finally draws the present situation,problems and their causes as well as the countermeasures of cultivating the talents in the secondary vocational colleges accounting profession.This study concludes that:(1)draws the present situation of cultivating talents in the secondary vocational colleges accounting profession in our country.(2)Summarizes the problems and their causes of cultivating talents in the vocational colleges accounting profession in our country.This study concludes that the existing problems include the low ability of the cultivated talents,the poor correlation among the teaching contents,the lack of high simulation in the studio,the teaching methods is rare,the lack of experimental equipment and training environment,the enthusiasm of the cooperation is not high,The training effect is difficult to evaluate,the school-enterprise cooperation model is simple and so on.And then,this study analyzes their causes from the company,the school and the comprehensive aspects.Among them,this study finds that the existing teachers,the training methods and the teaching contents in the vocational colleges' accounting profession have been greatly improved.(3)Puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
