| With the rapid development of e-sports in China,my country has become one of the fastest growing and most concerned regions in the global e-sports industry.my country’s e-sports industry is also the most influential and potential industry in the world.Behind the development, the hidden danger of the shortage of industrial talents is gradually revealed. It has become a consensus that only through education can we get out of the predicament. To this end,in September 2016,the Ministry of Education added the "e-sports sports and management" major in the "General Higher Vocational Education(Specialist)Professional Catalog",and e-sports education has officially become a part of academic education. As of 2019 In December, there were 51 colleges offering e-sports majors, including 8 undergraduate colleges and 43 vocational colleges.Since the development of the e-sports major is still in its infancy, and the e-sports major is highly practical and has great changes in development,it is extremely difficult for schools to complete the construction of the e-sports major by themselves.School-enterprise cooperation has become the main way for schools to run schools. This article mainly uses literature data method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, field survey method and mathematical statistics method to investigate the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges in my country, combining literature data, questionnaire survey method and experts The interview analyzed the problems of school-enterprise cooperation in the establishment of e-sports majors in vocational colleges in our country, and put forward targeted and feasible suggestions for improving the training model of e-sports professionals, and provided references for the construction of e-sports majors in colleges. This paper introduces the current situation of vocational colleges offering e-sports majors in my country, including the needs of both schools and enterprises, teaching cooperation, theoretical teaching, practical teaching, curriculum settings, teaching materials, teacher exchanges and practical training inside and outside the school, etc. The problems existing in the school-enterprise cooperation, summarize and put forward the reasons for these problems in the school-enterprise cooperation of vocational colleges in our country, and take the cooperation between Chaojing Education and Guangdong Vocational and Technical University as an example to further support the problems and reasons mentioned above. The research results show that due to the imperfect school-enterprise cooperation system, insufficient state guidance and support, and the lack of "dual-qualified" teachers, the school-enterprise cooperation of vocational colleges in my country lacks substantive content and lacks time and effectiveness. The communication platform and information feedback system have not formed an effective comment and supervision mechanism, and government policy services are not in place. In response to these shortcomings, the author proposes corresponding countermeasures from the perspectives of different participants: First, the government should create a social environment suitable for the training of e-sports talents, increase the government’s macro-control of e-sports professional school-enterprise cooperation, and improve the e-sports professional school-enterprise cooperation Secondly, enterprises should actively guide enterprises to participate in e-sports professional school-enterprise cooperation from policy students, and strengthen communication with partner schools;finally, schools should take the market as the guidance, set up majors reasonably, strengthen the construction of teachers, and improve the quality of teachers,Improve the evaluation system of e-sports professional school-enterprise cooperation, etc. |
