Research On The Status And Satisfaction Degree Of Community Sports Service Delivery In Shanghai

In the new era of social transformation,National Fitness and Health China rise to national strategies and an important part of building a well-to-do society.Community sports is the main position of national fitness,and people's needs for community sports services are increasingly diverse and personalized.How to satisfy the diversified sports needs of community residents and provide quality community sports services are issues that are worth discussing and solving.This article studies the research status of Shanghai community sports service delivery and its satisfaction,mainly to understand the current status of Shanghai community sports service delivery and the satisfaction of the three parties,and to summarize the problems found in service distribution.The city's community sports service delivery provides a reference for sustainable development.This article mainly uses the literature data method,the questionnaire survey method,the interview method,the mathematical statistics method.Study on the status and satisfaction of community sports service delivery in Shanghai,The status was introduced from three aspects: the organizational framework,distribution content and processes,and the implementation.Among them,the implementation of distribution mainly compares the various years in each district and town in each district from three aspects: the type of distribution and the status of the distribution,the use of distribution funds,and the distribution of distribution teachers.Satisfaction was conducted through a questionnaire survey of three parties involved in the distribution:community residents,distribution teachers,and town officials,combined with interviews with townspeople and distribution teachers to conduct group interviews,collect materials,and investigate status and satisfaction.A summary analysis of the problems that existed in the distribution and concluded the following:(1)The distribution organization has a well-developed framework and a wide source of teacher resources.The five sources of the teacher pool are: institutions of higher learning,individual sports associations,social management sports clubs,communities,and the Shanghai Municipal Health Planning Commission;(2)Delivery contents Extensive,including fitness skills training,popular science fitness lectures,and youth sports basic training Three categories of more than two hundred small items,smooth distribution process,the municipal community sports association,street town and third party units(Shanghai National Sports Science and Technology Park)coordinated by three parties(3)The number of completions of distribution implementation has been increasing year by year.A total of 9113 distributions were completed in three years,with more than 270,000 person-times,178 townships participating in distribution,and a total of 2.049 million distribution funds.The average utilization rate of the city was 31.16;The utilization rate in Jing'an District was 80.81%,and that in Songjiang District was 9.96%.(4)The overall satisfaction of the three parties in the distribution was high,and residents of different ages and occupations had different degrees of satisfaction with the duration,project,and lecture contents of the distribution courses.The higher the age,the higher the degree of satisfaction.The person in charge of the street town has different working hours.The longer the working hours,the higher the familiarity with the work.The teacher's teaching level and professional skills are the highest.The delivery teacher's satisfaction with the classroom performance of the student is high,and the satisfaction of the distribution funding and the community docking and distribution work is low;(5)There is an imbalance in the distribution funds used in distribution.There are problems such as the inconsistent selection criteria of the teacher pool and the single propaganda method.According to the problems in distribution,the following three suggestions are proposed:(1)Strengthen the management of teacher pools and establish a sound mechanism;(2)Increase the propaganda of distribution in multiple ways;(3)Form a feedback mechanism to improve the satisfaction of the three parties.
