| To promote the physical and mental development of primary and middle school students, and to effectively connect primary and junior high school sports and health courses,at the end of 2015,Shanghai proposed two goals and five major tasks for the reform of primary school sports interest-based teaching. As a pioneer in the nation’s physical education reform, listing has been continuously exploring concrete reforms of physical education curriculum in primary and secondary schools. This interest-based reform is another new exploration after the reform of junior high school specialization.Since the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Deepening Education Reform and Promoting Quality Education in an All-round Way" promulgated by the State in 1999,the school-based curriculum has become an important starting point for local first-line schools to explore and improve teaching reform.Guantao Primary School in Shanghai has done a lot of fruitful explorations in terms of practical interest-based teaching and school-based curriculum development and exploration.Highlighted as follows:The school takes Chinese martial arts boxing as its specialty. After retaining the basic technical movements of traditional Chinese boxing,it has redesigned Hua Ting’s technical routine and formed the school’s martial arts school-based curriculum. In addition,Guanlan Primary School responded positively to the "One School One Fist" campaign advocated by the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission. This study attempts to validate the school-based curricula of the school from the double focus of student sports interest and physical health standards. This study takes the effectiveness of the Wushu school-based curriculum of Guanlan Primary School in Shanghai as the research object, and randomly selects 180 out of the 360 five-year students in the school as the specific experimental subjects. After experimental grouping and elimination of students who do not meet the experimental requirements, the final 127 students who met the experimental requirements were obtained, including 61 in the experimental group and 66 in the control group.A total of 16 weeks of school-based intervention experiments were conducted for 127 students who met the experimental requirements. The experimental group is a martial arts school-based curriculum group. The group implements content-based teaching of the martial arts school twice a week, while the control group conducts modular physical education twice a week. After 16 weeks of teaching intervention,a comparison was made between the change of interest in physical education and physical fitness in the experimental group and the control group.Among them, there are two measurements in this experiment, which are the pre-and post-experiment,the specific measurement tools are the relevant measurement content and dimensions of the national student physical fitness health standards, and the "PESIS Chinese revised scale" prepared by Kang Liping et al.Primary school sports learning interest scale. The experimental results show that:1 school-based curriculum in the three aspects of physical form, cardiopulmonary function, flexibility is significantly better than the average physical education curriculum;in the speed and endurance dimensions of the intervention effect, the effect of intervention and the general physical education curriculum intervention The effect is basically the same;however, the trends of the two are slightly different. From the point of view of changing averages, the intervention effect of the Wushu school-based curriculum group is slightly better.2 The martial arts school-based curriculum has an excellent effect on the five specific dimensions of novelty, exploratory, challenging, enjoyable and overall. In terms of attention, the martial arts school-based curriculum group and the general physical education curriculum group have similar intervention effects. There is no significant difference between the two in terms of effect.Different, and martial arts school-based course group slightly advantaged. The research conclusion of this study is:The martial arts school-based curriculum has a good effect in intervening the fifth grade students’ physical health and sports situational interests. To a certain extent,Wushu school-based curriculum can be used as a strong alternative to the general Wushu curriculum, and has a certain theoretical basis from the aspects of physical health and interests. |
