As a new exploration of education method of modern quality,layered teaching is of great theoretical significance and practical value in the PE teaching of ordinary universities because of its new education concept.Many studies have shown that stratified teaching is beneficial to enhance the sense of cooperation among students,stimulate students' initiative and consciousness,and lay a foundation for lifelong sports.The experiment proves that the application of layered teaching method is more consistent with the development requirement of education than traditional teaching mode,and it can better implement the principle of "teaching by aptitude".The author found that although the layering teaching theory research has entered a new height,but the real in the sports teaching the teacher of the layered approach does not see more,take this question to think,and according to the differences in personality characteristics of college students in common colleges and universities and sports skill,Wu Han sports college health Qi Gong is elective course on stratified teaching,adopting the experimental research.On the analysis of the hierarchical teaching on the basis of relevant experiments,using experimental method of hierarchical teaching in physical education teaching experiment research,which provides reference for the promotion and implementation of stratified teaching.In this study,six methods of literature,experiment,expert interview,questionnaire,data statistics and logical analysis were used.The teaching experiment is divided into three classes in Wu Han sports college's fitness Qi Gong elective course.Experimental results show that,(1)Through comparing data before and after the experiment showed that the experimental group and control group in the student two indicators of weight and grip,no explicit difference before and after,but vital capacity before and after the two experiments are certain to improve,after the experiment of Sit and Bend Forward,reaction time,Single foot standing in the experiment have obviously improved than before the experiment,the experimental group than control group in the indexes of promotion index change is bigger,compared two groups have apparent differences.(2)Through comparing data before and after the experiment showed that the experimental group students than physical indicators are generally dominant differences,attitude to take part in physical exercise,the motivation of learning Qi Gong and learning self-confidence has significantly increased,while the control group no significant change.(3)After comparing the data throughthe experiment show that the experimental group and control group have obvious differences in technical level,the experimental group more than 70%-80% of students reached the best level,while the control group only 40%-50% of students reached the best level,this means carrying out stratification teaching to improve students' academic performance have a significant effect.(4)Through a semester of health Qi Gong course study,the experimental group and control group of students to course teaching methods adopted by the attitudes have obvious difference: more than 85% of the experimental group students held positive attitudes,and the control group only 60% students held positive attitudes,this shows that carrying out stratification teaching can effectively improve the students' learning motivation,learning motivation.
