Research On The Professional Specialty Construction Of Industrial Higher Vocational College

Industrial higher vocational college is an important part of higher vocational education in our country.As it is hosted by the competent departments of industry and enterprises,it bears the heavy responsibility and should serve the enterprises and socio-economic industries.In the face of the increasingly competitive field of higher vocational education,to create a differentiated development is a strategic choice for the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.Professional construction is an important bridge linking social needs and personnel training.The result is closely related to the quality of personnel training.Professional specialty construction in higher vocational colleges is an important means to meet their own development needs and enhance their competitiveness.At the same time,it is the key point of the development of higher vocational education.This research introduces the basis theory of the professional specialty construction in higher vocational colleges.Through a case study on the professional specialty construction of Guangxi Vocational and Technology College of Communications,this paper analyzes the overall situation of this college,the successful experience of the construction process,and the existing problems and influencing factors,and then to make the appropriate recommendations and countermeasures.In the end,it sums up general methods,paths,modes and enlightenments that adapt to the development of professional specialty construction in industrial higher vocational colleges.This research is composed of five parts.The first part mainly introduces the background of the selected topic,the purpose of the research,the theoretical and practical significance of the research,summarizes the research results and deficiencies of the professional specialty construction and laid the foundation for follow-up Research at home and abroad.The second part introduces the theoretical basis and defines the concept of the professional specialty construction and based on the theory of prototype category and differentiation strategy analyzing the connotation,characteristics and constitutive elements of professional specialty construction in vocational colleges.The third part chooses Guangxi Vocational and Technology College of Communications as a case study object.Under the guidance and help of the instructor,through the way of referring to the data and field investigation,the author fully grasps the basic situation of the case.Through the questionnaire survey,Interviews and other key forms,with a focus on the case studies of professional specialty construction.On the basis of referring to the data and field investigation,the basic successful experiences formed by the case study objects in the process of professional specialty construction are summarized and following the law of vocational education,combined with the survey results,the paper mainly analyzes the main problems existing in the case study and the main reasons for these problems.In the fourth part,using prototype category theory and differentiation strategy theory,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions according to the main problems existing in the case study of professional specialty construction.The fifth part combines the basic experience formed by the case study objects in the process of professionalspecialty construction and the countermeasures proposed in view of the existing problems,trying to summarize the general conditions that should be followed in the development of a specialized vocational college Methods,paths,modes and so on,with a view to other Industrial vocational colleges to carry out the professional specialty construction.
