The employment problems of college students has always been one of the important indicators to know the quality of a school.The graduates in higher vocational colleges how to play their own advantages in the competitive job markets,then the innovation and entrepreneurship education gives the answer.In recent years,innovation and entrepreneurship education has gradually become one of the key points in the development and reform of higher vocational education.To achieve the first centenary goal about building a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020,we need to create innovative and entrepreneurial talents and whats more,train the students in higher vocational colleges to have innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial skills.Owing to different vocational colleges have different understanding and attitude towards innovation and entrepreneurship education.Therefore,this project is aimed to understand the current situations about innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou district.It is significant to carry out this research to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students in higher vocational colleges.So we need to investigate the existing problems,analyze the reasons,and put forward the suggestions to solve these problems.This thesis mainly adopts the literature research,questionnaire,interviews and other research methods.On account of the five higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou district,this paper studies the problems and causes of education in innovation and entrepreneurship,and puts forward some concrete countermeasures to solve these problems which has five chapters.The first chapter is about introduction,which tells the background and put forward to the research's objectives and explain the research methods used in this study.The second chapter defines the key concepts such as innovative entrepreneurship education,the basic connotation and denotation of education among the higher vocational colleges,as well as relevant theories including stakeholder theory.The third chapter expatiates the basic situations of innovative and entrepreneurship education in five vocational colleges in Guangzhou district.Questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate students' understanding of education of innovation and entrepreneurship in five vocational collegesin Guangzhou,mainly including concept and understanding of it;curriculum and faculty;system and management model;and specific implementation in these five sample higher vocational colleges.Chapter four focuses on analyzing the common problems and causes of the education among vocational colleges in Guangzhou.The main problems are that on one hand,including students' faint consciousness of innovative entrepreneurship education;lack of professional innovative entrepreneurship education teachers' team;incomplete innovative entrepreneurship education curriculum system;on the other hand,unsatisfied innovative entrepreneurship education activities and practical constructions of teaching;lack in innovation and entrepreneurship resource in social platform.The causes of these problems are discussed from four aspects: government policy,higher vocational college,higher vocational students and social environment.The fifth chapter elaborates the countermeasures to solve the education problem in the higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou.These countermeasures include: optimizing the policy support and service system about innovative entrepreneurship education;create a campus environment that encourages students to innovate and start their own businesses;comprehensively strengthen curriculum construction of innovative entrepreneurship education;carrying out the second class about innovative entrepreneurship training activities among students;strengthen the constructions of external practice base,and create social platforms for the innovation and entrepreneurship;improve students' innovative entrepreneurship quality and optimize social environment.
