Under the background of the state's proposal of " mass entrepreneurship and innovation" and the comprehensive reform of higher education,medical and health higher vocational colleges are in the development and exploration period.How to do a good job in innovative entrepreneurship education in health higher vocational colleges have become an epoch proposition that must be faced.This paper takes Guangxi A Higher Vocational and Technical College,Guangxi B higher vocational and technical college,Guangxi C school and Guangxi D school medical college as representative colleges.After mading an in-depth investigation and analysis of the current development situation,characteristics and existing problems of innovative entrepreneurship education in health higher vocational colleges,and studies domestic and foreign and regional literature and policies,the paper puts forward the mode and implementation path of innovative entrepreneurship education in health higher vocational colleges.The development status of Guangxi health higher vocational colleges include both the common work of innovation and entrepreneurship education carried out by four schools and the unique practices of four colleges.The problems presented can be classified into three dimensions.Firstly,the number of teachers is seriously insufficient and the structure is unreasonable.Secondly,innovation and entrepreneurship education service guarantee are not enough.Thirdly,according to the situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum construction,the first classroom teaching and the second classroom activities lack organic integration and cannot reflect the characteristics of medical and health.After analyzed the characteristics of innovative and entrepreneurial education in health vocational colleges,I think the goal of personnel training embodies the characteristics of vocational education,and the curriculum design embodies the characteristics of compounding.In the training process,attention is paid to practicality,and the value orientation embodies the characteristics of industry.It actively serves for the reform of the medical and health system and the construction of a healthy China.What's more,Guangxi's higher health vocational colleges do not have sufficient understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education.The curriculum of innovation and entrepreneurship education is unreasonable.The teachers for innovative entrepreneurship education are insufficient.And the ecological environment of innovation and entrepreneurship education are not complete.Finally,there is a lack of a comprehensive,scientific and effective evaluation system for innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on the actual development of Guangxi's health higher vocational colleges and givingfull play to the systematic advantages of the medical and health system,the innovation and entrepreneurship education mode of " university-government-enterprise" interaction and integration is constructed.There are six specific system components.The first is the construction of the ecological system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in health higher vocational colleges of " campus integration,campus-to-campus integration,and school-enterprise integration".The second is constructing a " three-level" curriculum systems of innovative entrepreneurship education in higher health vocational colleges with general education,intensive education and integration courses.The third is constructing a longitudinal "six-stage" training system for innovative entrepreneurship education in higher health vocational colleges and cultivating students' six-stage ability ladder from cognitive innovation entrepreneurship to self-realization.The fourth is constructing a teacher construction system for innovative entrepreneurship education in health vocational colleges.The fifth is constructing a practice mode for innovative entrepreneurship education in health vocational colleges with three practice modes of " project-driven,diversified cooperation and professional practice".The sixth is building a scientific evaluation model of innovative and innovative education in health vocational colleges from six dimensions of " the main body(teachers and students),organizational security.The six specific system components are good for social evaluation to explore and practice the innovative and innovative education model in health vocational colleges,and providing reference for similar colleges.
