| With the rapid development of vocational education and the enlargement of educationscale, the study of vocational education needs more and more attention, especially theresearch on teaching methods. Currently the teaching modes and methods in china’svocational colleges are changing greatly, such as Behavior Oriented Teaching Method, CaseTeaching Method and "Integration" Method and so on. The "Integration" Teaching Methodsare widely used in China’s most professional colleges. For a school, no matter what kind ofteaching modes and methods are adopted, teaching quality is the most important factor whichdirectly affects the school’s existence and development. So the monitoring and evaluation of"Integration" Course Teaching quality is also necessary. People now focus their attention onits teaching quality, teaching process monitoring, and teaching evaluation.Based on the multiple intelligence theory, constructivism learning theory and qualitymanagement theory, guided by the theory of education teaching management and teachingevaluation theory, this article regards teaching quality monitoring and teaching evaluation of"Integration" as the research object, analyzes the domestic and foreign existing teachingquality monitoring and evaluation system of theory, and introduces the teaching qualitymonitoring and evaluation of common practices in the domestic vocational colleges at present.During the study, it has been found that the target and orientation, teaching quality monitoringand evaluation methods, and system in our vocational colleges are incomplete, that theevaluation content, evaluation subjects and establishment of the evaluation index system alsohave many problems. Through the analysis and the exploration of the subjective factors andobjective factors of the existence of these problems, and the combination reality conditionwith the "integration" teaching used in vocational colleges in China, the essay puts forward anevaluation standard of integration of action-oriented teaching after the formation of thecomprehensive vocational ability such as the professional ability, method ability and socialintegration etc. It studies and draws lessons from the domestic and foreign advancededucation and teaching management and teaching evaluation thoughts, theories and methods,establishes a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system, uses advanced and feasibleevaluation method and evaluation means and advanced quality management thoughts, and develops the whole teaching process control and testing the integration of teaching qualitymonitoring and evaluation system and its application to teaching practice based on ISO9001quality standard.There are some certain innovation points in constructing of teaching quality monitoringand assessment, insisting on exploring the complete analysis, the whole monitoring andparticipation in the "three-aspect" type of teaching quality monitoring system, the principle ofemphasis on micro applied research; establishing the evaluation content and evaluation indexsystem, and applying the ISO9001quality standard in the monitoring system. |
