Study On The Adaptability Between The Undergraduate Specialty Structure Of The Colleges And Universities And The Regional Industrial Structure Of Hunan

The intrinsic development of higher education requires to meet the needs of regional socio-economic development.In the background of the Chinese economic development into the new normal,the supply side structural reforms will be the best way to improve the effective utilization of resources and optimize the economic structure.China's higher education should change the past development thought that just to pursuit the scale and adapt to the reform of structure of the supply side.Through continuously adjust and optimize the structure of professional to adapt to the development of the industrial structure so as to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and improve the quality and level of economic development.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the adaptability of the professional structure of higher education between the industrial structure.Studying the adaptability of Hunan province of the professional of the ordinary university and the industrial structure can further enrich the relationship theory between the regional professional structure and the industrial structure,besides,according to the current situation of Hunan province professional structure and the results of correlation analysis,provide the optimization suggestions and the basis of the adjustment of the professional structure.Research route:using the documentation method to research and collect the related literatures with the professional structure and industrial structure so that understand history of the evolution and sort out the interaction between professional structure and industrial structure.On the basis of the dialectical relationship theory to put forward the research hypothesis,design the model of design research and select indexes collect data,using the Pearson SPSS20 packages to analysis the correlation.The thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the origin and significance of the research,research route and methods and literatures review.The second chapter focuses on the theoretical research of professional institutions and industrial structures in colleges and universities.The first is the definition of the related concepts of professional structure and industrial structure,and the second is to analysis of dialectical relationship;The third chapter is the key chapter of the thesis,which mainly concerns the current situation of general professional structure in Hunan province and the correlation analysis between professional structure and industrial structure.The fourth chapter is on the basis of the current situation and research results,further put forward the advices of optimizing the professional structure by providing talent supply effectively so as to promote the optimization:colleges and universities based on the needs of social needs,adjust the professional layout so as to cultivate the social tight needs of talents;Second,we should constantly break the disciplinary boundaries,enhance interdisciplinary interactivity and cultivate multi-disciplinary talents.Third,we need to improve the platform of key disciplines,promote the construction of first-class disciplines and cultivate high-level talents.The results show that the adaptability of engineering and industrial structure is weak in the subject and specialty structure of colleges and universities in Hunan Province,and agriculture,science,literature and philosophy are not adapted to the industrial structure,and can not provide talent supports to the development of the society.In addition to agronomy,engineering and science,literature and philosophy,there is a strong positive correlation between the output value structure of Hunan Province and the corresponding number of people employed in the structure of labor force and meet the needs of the development of industrial structure.The innovation of this study:in the study of the adaptation of subject structure and industrial structure in Hunan Province,in addition to make the correlation between each discipline and the output value of the three industries to be the standard of consideration,It also takes the changing trend of the number of people employed in each discipline and the corresponding industry into consideration system,that is,by analyzing the correlation between the number of subjects and the number of persons employed in the corresponding industries,to Judge whether a certain discipline can provide strong talent support for the corresponding industry.
