Education equity is an important cornerstone of social fairness.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress proposed that certain resources must be invested to give priority to the development of education,modern education,and social satisfaction with education.How to effectively solve the educational differences between schools,especially to ensure the balance of education within a county is an urgent problem to be solved.This study is based on the fact that the compulsory education in Wanli District,Nanchang City,is unbalanced.In the case that education is a public product,based on relevant theoretical knowledge of balanced development of education,based on relevant regulations and systems formulated by the government,a The education performance evaluation system that is in line with the actual situation in Wanli District.Using surveys and first-hand information obtained from the seminars,the satisfaction of the public was determined through questionnaires.The use of performance evaluation to determine the problems in the area of education in Wanli District,analyze the causes of these problems,and formulate corresponding solutions based on the results of the analysis.Using the performance evaluation,it is believed that the problems existing in compulsory education in Wanli District are: First,the standardization of compulsory education cannot meet the corresponding requirements.Up to now,there are still seven schools that cannot meet the standardization requirements.Second,management.There are certain problems in the aspects,mainly reflected in the fact that some courses only pay attention to the surface;Third,there are certain problems in the teacher team,there is a big gap between teachers' literacy,and teachers' income is also relatively vague.In this regard,after analyzing the causes of the problems,the author put forward corresponding suggestions for compulsory education in Wanli District primary schools.First,based on the actual situation,establish a corresponding security system,such as the development of relevant systems for protection,in order to promote the development of education;Second,invest more resources for education,invest more funds for education,ensure that The use of these funds can achieve the desired results.Third,effective integration of existing resources,such as the transformation of some slow-growing schools,the rational adjustment of the distribution of schools within the region,and the establishment of a scientific and rational The layout will give more attention to those schools that have been slow to develop.Fourth,improve the quality of teachers,such as organizing teacher training;Fifth,promote the development of distance education and give full play to the role of outstanding teachers.
