Study On The Problems Of Vocational Training For The New Generation Migrant Workers

At present, the new generation migrant workers who is the necessary labor resources incity modern construction, has become a main part of our industrial labors. The quality and theemployment ability have not only directly related to honorably work, dignity live, but also theconstruction of Chinese characteristics socialism and social ability. At the18th NationalCongress of the Communist Party of China, put forward we must develop vocational trainingmassively, especially train the billions of migrant works from workers to skilled workers.Through the investigation of the case, analysis the vocational training of the newgeneration migrant workers, refine and summarize the effectiveness and existing problems ofthe vocational training of Dalian, take example by Pearl River Delta District and Britishvocational education successful experience, exploring the general strategies.
