In recent years, the special group team of the new generation migrant workers hasbecame more and more bigger. In the modern social, The foundation of new generationmigrant workers who want to survive and develop in the city is their professional. Also asthe growth of their working experience, a lot of new generation migrant workers hasalready pay more attention to their own development opportunities. They eager to find thejob that can match their abilities, but it is difficult to realize because of the low culturalquality, professional skills, etc. In that time, Education and training in the professionaldevelopment intention and occupational status cannot meet the conditions, and theeducation training is established on the basis of their own career, for the purpose of careerdevelopment. Therefore, this article puts forward the new generation of migrant workerseducation and training policy must focus on their career development at the same time.This article on the basis of the new generation migrant workers and the relationshipbetween education and training and career development, do the research about200migrantworkers by questionnaires and interviews. Through the summary of survey data and therecorded text classification, characteristics, the education of career development byinduction training needs and conduct analysis and discussion.The conclusion of this paper are: career attitude showed a trend of diversification ofthe rural migrant workers, mainly business trends, hobbies, smooth trends, devotion, etc.;Migrant workers for their career development the influence factors of individualdifferences, positive impact factors for migrant workers on occupational choice andlocalization, the influence factors of negative could delay to make career choices anddevelopment time, reduce the job stability, the influence of positioning direction; Careerdevelopment exists to catalytic production of education training needs at the same timealso determines the content of education and training; migrant workers to choose its ownperspective analysis; This paper argues that training objectives, the selection of trainingcontent, training methods of innovation, the training main body multiplication is a newgeneration of migrant workers education and training system of the general requirements.This article innovation mainly from the viewpoint of support the development of thepeasant workers vocational, will conduct the strategy research of new generation migrantworkers career development education training.
