Held in October 2017,the nineteenth congress of the communist party of China,xi jinping,the general secretary in the report pointed out that youth is a state of hope,the future of the nation,youth are strong,the country can be stronger.Is an effective carrier to cultivate young college student associations and platform,but also cultivate students outside of the first class life,enhance students' interests and preferences and to improve the overall quality of college students,training the college students' practical ability,favorable measures to help college students' development,in order to strengthen the management of students,is to enhance the comprehensive qualities of college students,and to enrich the campus cultural life,promoting the construction of harmonious campus.Therefore,it is an important measure to strengthen the management of student societies so that the role of student societies can bring the greatest benefits.College student associations are college students in a common life concept,hobbies and expertise and spontaneous organizations set up,college students have a clear development goals and norms,in strict accordance with the school's rules and regulations set up relatively independent,and no grade barriers between each college student associations,both senior and junior,can show myself in the same community,more professional and obstacle discipline,all club members can equal communication in different communities,learn others' advantages in order to make up for the inadequacy of their own,in order to promote constantly improve themselves.College students can choose their own organizations according to their own interests and hobbies.As the university expands,the number of students in school base increases continuously,and university education concept is also in unceasing deepening,as a result,the demand of university student associations also increases accordingly,so every year there will be a lot of approval for new club,and lead to students number got a significant increase in the short term,and with the development of the new era,with the advent of the era of network new social change,value diversity,the management of the student community is facing enormous challenges,the problem also gradually increased,nanjing xiaozhuang university students management work after years of honed,although has made some achievements,but in obtaining results also accompanied by the production of a series of problems,such as community management mechanism,the lack of professional guidance force,community management cadre management level uneven,community support insufficient funds,student club activities do not have enough problems such as the carrier of platform.This article USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method integrated research methods,the main leadership science,management,psychology and other related theory,the nanjing xiaozhuang university students as the research object,through investigation and study,illustrates the nanjing xiaozhuang university students at present the problems in the development and management,and analyze the reasons,and through the management of university student associations at home and abroad for reference,the experience,proposed further countermeasures to strengthen the management of nanjing xiaozhuang university student associations:establish corporate brand management idea,standardize corporate management system,attaches great importance to the students management work,set up corporate diversification management platform.In order to improve the management efficiency of student associations,student community development through effective management to solve the problem,improve the core competitiveness,promote the nanjing xiaozhuang university students management work more to a new level.
