The Research Of Student Association Management In Hubei University Of Medicine

In recent years,college student associations have sprung up in China with the quality education continuously deepening.The size,quantity and types have all grown exponentially.High attention has been given to the student associations in Hubei University of Medicine from all walks of life and party and governmental cadres of this university,because college student associations have played an important role in teaching,organizing the youth,cultivating the student cadres,implementing ideological and political education and so on.Currently,there are 33 student associations and 10,000 members.Through questionnaires the problems in the management of the student associations are analyzed.Ranging from the country to the university and the student associations,prominent problems are raised,the causes are analyzed and the solutions are explored.How to solve those problems,to perfect the management of the student associations in Hubei University of Medicine,and to guide the student associations to develop healthily and rapidly is looming ahead.In this article,the author will study the college student associations as a kind of organization and phenomenon through questionnaires,interviews and other research methods.The student association will be put into the public management area as an organic whole with resources integrated.Mainly from these three aspects,comprehensively analyzing the problems,seeking for the causes,exploring the solutions,this article studies typical management problems of college student associations in China,meanwhile,offers reference to the development and prosperity of college student associations in our country.
