With The implementation opinions of the State Council on deepening the reform of examination and enrollment system has been issued by The State Council,the nationalcollege entrance examination began a complete and comprehensive reform.Until Sept.2017,there were six provinces which stared the new college entrance examination system reform.The study,which is New college entrance examination reform Plan of six provinces,is to help other provinces to learn and use the successful experience,and to reflect and correct the problems in the implementation.It is a good reference to other provinces of new reform of college entrance examination.Through the files collection and arrangement of the new reform of college entrance examination of Zhejiang?Shanghai.Beijing.Tianjing?Shandong and Hainan,the thesis has been divided five elements,including?guiding ideology,basic principles,total objectives,main tasks and measures,safeguards.Using text analysis to compare with five factors of the six provinces,it will find same points and differences between the six provinces' new reform of college entrance examination.Then analyzing the same points and differences,it will find out the advantages and the defects.From the text of examination,it is found that all provinces increase students' option;focus on students' diversified development and change the only score environment.It provides a better environment to students' development.From the enrollment system,the new reform of college entrance examination endows university more autonomy;give students more chances of obtaining good resources and actively explore a fair,scientific and efficient mode of the college entrance examination admission.However,there are still some problems in the new reform of college entrance examination.More specifically,there are four sides problems,that is weakness of Some subjects?design flaws of grade exam system,complicated operation of the comprehensive quality evaluation?little autonomy and equity of autonomous enrolment.Based on those problems,the thesis advises that completing alternative examinations mechanism to protect vulnerable subjects;improving the way of selected test score,promote students' correct choice;changing idea of the overall quality appraisal to improve the overall quality of the overall quality evaluation;improving the alternative examinations mechanism,to ensure the recruitment fair.
