A Study On Radiation Mechanism Of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation In Running Schools

Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in running schools(CRCRS)have developed rapidly.They have experienced a great-leap-forward development,form no rule to lawfulness,from scale expansion to quality construction,from replicating to cooperation and innovation.During this stage of development,a number of Sino-foreign joint schools and programs have an excellent performance and receive great recognition.The original intention of CFCRS is to bring in high-quality educational resources.It is significantly necessary for Sino-foreign joint schools and programs to play an important role in demonstrating and sharing of high quality education resources.At present,the radiation mechanism of CFCRS is imperfect,which affects its' radiation functions.Therefore,this dissertation chooses the radiation mechanism of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools.First of all,under the framework of the 5W propagation model,the author analyze the five core elements of CFCRS,including bodies,contents,objects,pathways,and effects from the perspectives of connotations,characteristics,and categories.On the basis of clarifying the five elements,the author analyses the current status and problems of the radiation mechanism of CFCRS.It is considered that the imperfect and insufficient demonstrations are largely due to inadequate policy guidance,imperfect selection mechanism,poor information communication,short of motivation,and lack of systematic constructions.This study further analyzes the factors that influence the radiation effect of Sino-foreign cooperative education,including policy support and encouragement,nature of radiation content,radiation environment,radiation motivation,and sharing-culture.Based on the above analysis,this paper proposes several ideas and strategies for the construction and improvement of the radiation mechanism for Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in running schools:Firstly,building supportive and service mechanisms that focused on policy decision-making mechanisms,regional alliance mechanisms,and financial support mechanisms;secondly,improving and building new selective mechanisms;thirdly,improving the connection mechanism centered on communication mechanisms and publicity mechanisms;lastly,focusing on building an incentive mechanism and a sharing-culture.
