Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools is an important part of China's education and one of the important forms of education internationalization and international exchange and cooperation in our country.Undergraduate-level Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools as one of the main forms of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools,the quality of its impact on the quality of cooperation in running schools.As Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools gradually enters the new period of improving and enhancing the quality and efficiency,the quality and efficiency have gradually become the theme of development.The quality of teachers at the undergraduate level is the primary one.Only by improving the quality of teachers,is it possible to improve the quality of running a school.Since 2003,the Ministry of Education organized the evaluation of institutions and projects for Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools across the country.By analyzing relevant data and materials about teachers in the self-assessment report from 2013 to 2017 of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools at undergraduate-level.The quality of teachers in Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running programs at the undergraduate level mainly exists the problems of the teachers' access standards,including the source of the teachers,the degree structure and the title structure of the teachers,the professional distribution of the teachers and the teaching language of the teachers;secondly,the teaching quality of the teachers,Including teachers' teaching methods,teaching experience,teaching arrangements,intercultural competence and teaching cooperation.Finally,teachers' quality of scientific research includes teachers' weak sense of scientific research,young teachers'ability of scientific research,teachers' level of scientific cooperation and To a lesser extent,teachers' research is limited by language and research paradigms.In view of the problems existing in the above-mentioned teachers,it is necessary to establish the teachers' quality standards.In the process of establishing the quality standard for teachers of Chinese-Foreign cooperation in Running projects at the undergraduate level,we should start with the access,teaching and research of the project teachers.Based on the establishment of quality standards of teachers both inChina and abroad,this paper proposes three aspects of the construction of teachers'quality standards for undergraduate-level Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools:firstly,strictly regulate the source of teachers and the entrance of good teachers;second,improve the level of teachers' structure;third,reasonable distribution of teachers,next is to optimize the distribution of teachers and improve the language ability of teachers to create an international team of teachers;what comes next is the construction of project teachers teaching standards:to encourage a variety of teaching methods to improve teaching effectiveness;Teachers help with the band to improve the overall level of teaching;strict control of teaching arrangements,and effectively protect the teaching effectiveness;enhance teachers' intercultural competence to adapt to the international teaching environment;enhance teachers'teaching cooperation to improve the quality of curriculum and teaching;and finally,the quality of teachers' research standard construction:consist combination of science and teaching to promote teaching with science;strengthen international cooperation in cooperative institutions to promote internationalization of scientific research;enhance scientific research ability of young teachers;establish appropriate teacher development agencies to help teachers grow and improve teachers' abilities.
