At present,class teaching is the most universal way in the teaching activity,which greatly improves the efficiency of teaching since class teaching formed.However,the differences among students are universal,and it is difficult to take into account the individual differences of each student.Same contents of classroom teaching for different students,is bound to affect some student's potential development.It is necessary to respect students' differences in teaching,classifying sorts of students before teaching the students,also,it is to follow the idea from ancient Confucius,Socrates and other philosophers.The implement of the new curriculum reform and the college entrance examination,is the admission and development of high school students differences in the teaching activities.According to the practical need of teaching high school students' individual differences,differentiated teaching is the combination of class teaching,group teaching,individualized teaching and other teaching methods,with a more open,flexible teaching idea and ways,to strengthen each student's individuality development.Differentiated teaching is supposed to base on the differences between students,putting into practice in the teaching of the starting point,process,target and each link,is corresponded to the necessity of student's individual differences,the new curriculum development and the college entrance examination.The analysis of the differentiated teaching mainly from the several aspects in the article,such as teaching development and practical significance to analyze the variance analysis,students and teaching,teaching strategy design and case analysis,the differences in high school physics teaching research results and prospects,and so on.Firstly,the article analyzes the development history of differentiated teaching from the need of teaching activities and the current reform two aspects,concluding the necessity and urgency of differentiated teaching,and focus on the basis of theory about the students' intelligences,cognitive styles and learning styles with the basis of the analysis of factors influencing the students' individual learning ability differences,then based on the learning characteristic of physics,from physics thinking,curriculum and teaching,learning and methods,etc.,in the physics teaching are analyzed in detail,the necessity and feasibility of differentiated teaching.The implementation of new curriculum and the college entrance examination,more highlights the differences between students,the necessity of differentiated teaching,differentiated teaching is the optimization of teaching and learning in the new period,in line with the teaching of the humanities concern,students learning experience of ascension,is the need of teaching development,promotion,is benefit to students to complete the their academic achievement and career planning.Analyzing the impact of new policy changes to the physical teaching,following the requirements of new curriculum reform and college entrance examination,proposing the corresponding differentiated instructions.We can draw a conclusion,considering the teaching experience and the theoretical analysis,differentiated teaching should be the process of the coexistence and development about students' general character and individuality.Teachers can't ignore students' differences,neither grouping students blindly and arbitrarily in teaching activities.Such as,it is an important means to show differentiated teaching that setting differentiated class assignments.While the assignments can be divided into two kinds of task which depends on the tasks should be completed immediately or not.The task that need not be completed immediately is the gold district of differentiated teaching for students,while,the task that need be completed immediately will make some students without sense of class participation if not handled properly.To conclude,the author used the internship period to carry out the evaluation and analysis of the differentiated teaching,designing and adjusting the theoretical analysis and teaching strategies of the thesis.Based on the analysis of the new college entrance examination and the curriculum reform background,based on the physics discipline,a lot of new attempts and innovations have been made for the differentiated instructions,it is a good theoretical foundation for the further deepening and development for the research,expecting to increase the attention of relevant researchers to the differentiated teaching.
