Orienteering is a compass and map by the participants rely on,according to a certain order to find a number of checkpoints on the map and complete the provisions of the race route movement with the shortest time,at the same time it is also a combination of mental and physical exercise.It is not only a sport,is also a kind of leisure for all ages sports.In promoting social forces,in recent years our country Orienteering has great development,especially in the major colleges and universities,the development of Orienteering in the fastest,orienteering skill level is the highest.In the latest national team Orienteering list,all the players from all different University,it can be seen that the level of cross-country orienteering in colleges and universities basically represents the highest level in China.However,the competitive level of orienteering in China is still far from that of foreign countries,especially in the aspect of athletes' special physical ability.In the aspect of physical training means of orienteering athletes,our country is still in the exploratory stage.With the continuous improvement of the specific skills of orienteering athletes,their specific physical fitness level often becomes the key factor to determine the success or failure of the competition.In all kinds of high level orienteering competitions,athletes' performance often appears to be easily defeated in time,so the special physical ability is one of the key factors to determine the competitive ability of orienteering athletes.This paper analyzes the specific physical training methods of orienteering cross-country athletes,summarizes the unpredictability of orienteering cross-country athletes in the competition,the comprehensive ability of combining running and map recognition,and the irregular variable speed running characteristic of orienteering cross-country.To find the specific physical fitness training methods for orienteering cross-country athletes,and to provide a reference for improving the specific physical fitness training methods.This paper analyzes the methods of physical fitness training for orienteering cross-country in China,and makes use of the method of expertinvestigation and questionnaire investigation.This paper makes an investigation on the high level cross-country coaches and athletes in Beijing and draws the following conclusions according to the specific physical training methods of orienteering cross-country On:Orienteering cross-country race is uncertain in space and indirect in time.In different terrain,the technology of orienteering cross-country race is complex and changeable.As a result,the result of orienteering cross-country competition is unpredictable,so the special physical training of orienteering cross-country has higher requirements.In orienteering cross-country competitions,due to the irregular route and irregular field,athletes often have to overcome all kinds of obstacles in order to successfully complete the competition.So in orienteering cross-country training.Not only to strengthen endurance speed quality training,but also to improve the ability of rapid strength.In the training of the special speed quality of the high level orienteering teams in Beijing universities,the most commonly used means are 100m-400 m / 6-8 groups.The training methods are mostly intermittent training.The general endurance training methods of Beijing high level orienteering cross-country team are similar to those of track and field middle and long distance running.The general endurance quality training adopts cross-country running,variable speed running and fartleke running.And long and long endurance runs.5.The factors that affect the special physical training of high level orienteering athletes in Beijing are as follows: the training means are too old and the concept of supporting training is relatively backward;Inadequate funding to support training;The research of scientific research theory can not keep up with the top level of the world,and the theoretical foundation is weak;There is a big gap between the coaches level and the international high level coaches.Conflict between learning and training time.
