In 2011,the Ministry of Education issued the Full-Time Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standard,which coordinated oral communication with literacy,writing,reading,exercises and comprehensive learning,and pointed out that oral communicative competence was the essential ability of modern citizens.With the development of modern information technology,a large number of modern media and resources have been used in classroom teaching to provide powerful support for improving the quality of oral communication teaching in rural primary schools.The junior grade of primary school is the key period for rural children to develop their communicative ability of spoken Mandarin,and it is the enlightenment stage to cultivate children's oral communicative ability.However,Chinese oral communication teaching has not really attracted the attention of rural elementary school language teachers,and the oral communication ability of rural primary school students needs to be improved.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out the practical research on the teaching strategy of oral communication in the rural primary schools.Under the guidance of conversational strategy theory,construction theory and the theory of integrating information technology and Curriculum,according to the concept and principle of Chinese oral communication teaching in primary school and the objectives and requirements of Chinese oral communication teaching in junior grade of primary school,this study combined with the teaching materials characteristics of Chinese oral communication teaching in junior grade primary school and the characteristics of junior grade students in rural primary school.And a junior grade Chinese oral communication information teaching strategy of rural primary school was developed according to the information teaching conditions in rural primary school.The strategy was applied in the second grade of rural primary school to increase the teaching effects of oral communication in the traditional classroom,promote the interaction between teachers and students,as well as the interaction between students and students,stimulate students' enthusiasm and initiative in oral communication learning,and improve students' oral communicative ability.Oral communication teaching strategies proposed in this study includes the creation of specific targeted information oral communication teaching situation,flexible selection of oral communication topics,designation of varieties oral communication activities,making full use of information technology to support the oral communication teaching process,encouraging students to participate in the final evaluation of oral communication teaching.This paper adopts literature research method,educational experiment method and survey method.Firstly,the importance of oral communication teaching in Chinese curriculum and the research background that rural primary school Chinese oral communication teaching should be strengthened are all analyzed.The current situation of foreign language oral communication teaching and present research situation of domestic primary school language teaching and the domestic primary school Chinese oral communication teaching are analyzed too.Secondly,4 typical rural primary school with general characteristics in the city of Baoding in Hebei Province are selected,and some teachers are conducted survey questionnaires and some students are interviewed to analyze the actual situation of the rural primary school Chinese oral communication teaching.Thirdly,field visiting the experimental school,analyzing the current situation of the teaching conditions and oral communication course,to provide reference for the development of teaching strategy of rural primary school oral communication information.And then,the effectiveness of oral information communication teaching strategy is verified by the quasi-experiment research model designed by single factor non-peer group pre-post test.Two second grade classes in experimental school are selected as the experimental class and the control class,and traditional teaching strategies are adopted in the control class.At the beginning and end of teaching experiment,the students' oral communicative competence is measured,and the daily performances of students are observed in the process of teaching.Finally,the experimental data are analyzed,statistic,and compared.And,this study analyzes the observation results to verify that whether the teaching strategy could improve students' oral communication ability.After the statistic analysis,the following conclusions are drew: the information teaching strategy proposed in this study can promote the interaction between teachers and students,stimulate students' enthusiasm and initiative in oral communication learning,improve classroom performance of students,and improve rural pupils' oral communicative ability.
