Research On Family Planning Service Of Floating Population In Urumqi

Objective: Based on the perspective of compared with the whole Xinjiang,comb Urumqi basic situation of the floating population,the empirical analysis of Urumqi flow of married women of childbearing age family planning service status quo,on how to improve the floating population family planning service level countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.Methods: To review the literature and review the related research progress and relevant policies of the floating population family planning service;Questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the status quo of family planning services for married women of childbearing age in Urumqi;Statistical methods,through chi-square test,to compare and analyze the family planning services of married women of childbearing age in Xinjiang and Urumqi,the correlation between population sociology characteristics and family planning services was analyzed by single factor and binary logistics analysis.Results:(1)the inflow of the floating population in Urumqi is as basic as that of the whole Xinjiang,and the proportion of migrants flowing into the population and the population in the province is also rising.(2)Urumqi village/neighborhood committee family planning staff configuration,according to the standard of 1000: 1,all Xinjiang and Urumqi failed to meet the standards;Urumqi village/neighborhood committee mobile population full-time coordinators,according to 500: 1 standard and 800: 1 standard,all Xinjiang and Urumqi exceeded the standard;Urumqi village family planning health education/health of residents' committees,as well as the whole Xinjiang,has a fixed health education publicity column to mark,but health publicity column content updates by 12 times a year and six standards,publicity column content updates not up to standard.(3)the acceptance of healthy education in the reproductive contraception/eugenics of the married women of childbearing age in Urumqi and the whole Xinjiang was verified by chi square,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.In the healthy education acceptance mode,in the selection of health knowledge lecture,face-to-face consultation and community website,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The influence factors of health education,Urumqi sample flow married women of childbearing age had no effect on the characteristics of sociology,to which the sample flow of married women of childbearing age level of education,the nature of the registered permanent residence,and the flow range is affected.(4)to Urumqi and the sample flow of married women of childbearing age,contraception services currently birth control situation,the use of modern contraception and contraceptive reasons not differences were statistically significant,P<0.05.(5)samples to Urumqi and the flow of married women of childbearing age,family planning technical services of Urumqi and Xinjiang all menstruating/hysterectomy flow of married women of childbearing age are mainly concentrated on family planning technology in pregnant/check,condoms/medicine and surgery three aspects on ring.(6)to Urumqi and the sample flow of married women of childbearing age services of eugenic and superior nurture,pregnancy eugenics health check for free in national policy on the awareness of Urumqi city and there are differences between the whole Xinjiang,P<0.05.Conclusion: To increase the full-time staff of family planning,the salary and stability of the full-time coordinators can be appropriately raised,and the loss of staff will be reduced.We will increase publicity,adjust the use of funds,increase the investment in contraception and birth control programs,and actively publicize the free pre-pregnancy health inspection.Through policy assurance,the whole process of reproductive health services for married women of childbearing age is provided.
