Nursing staff in the practice environment will face various stressors,especially in the front line of medical care,and the occupational stress they suffer may also have an impact on their physical and mental health.Many literatures also point out that excessive occupational stress causes negative physical and mental symptoms of workers and may affect the quality of care and patient safety.Occupational safety and health law passed in 2013 in China,in addition to emphasize the workplace need to avoid the each work hazards such as chemical,physical,biological,also need to provide a good practice environment to promote physical and mental health of workers.This investigation in C city a charity work character development,proposing "stress questionnaire" as the main research tool,investigating the welfare home more than 30 clinical care personnel,in order to understand their occupational stress,life stress and turnover intention of risk factors,and cause the related pressure sources of stress.This study the results of the survey through questionnaires,communication,information,records and other methods to confirm a care staff pressure comes from include: work compact,nature of work interference with personal time to planning and life,from internal and external environmental impact,identity the reality of low wages and so on,the author research for effective questionnaire of 29.The main influencing factors of the analysis results include personal fatigue,fatigue of service objects,poor workplace justice,poor physical and mental health,as well as theimperfect policy guarantee of institutional government.The author in the study on the basis of the theory of cognitive behavior,in the perspective of professional social work method through the group activities,led the charity part of care worker representatives for a month of group work,hope that through this kind of form can effectively alleviate the pressure of the health care workers.In group activities before and after,the author respectively for team members to do the pressure value questionnaire,and good results are obtained by comparison and proved effective group social work can alleviate the pressure of the health care workers.On view point of cognitive behavior,after group work intervention,care for its work with the positioning change itself,from the negative into a positive mental attitude,improve work efficiency and happiness,effectively improve the behavior.But on the related policy support,social work can only provide advocacy,through the promotion of social from all walks of life to care awareness and recognition,so as to improve respect for the nurse occupation and practitioners.
