In January 2018,tthe Ministry of Education officially released "ordinary high school ideological and political course standard(2017 edition)",the rule of law consciousness as a high school thought politics discipline one of the four elements,core literacy will foster students' consciousness of rule of law quality included in the curriculum goal,highlights the importance of high school students' consciousness of rule of law and the urgency of the cultivating students' consciousness of rule of law.High school stage is the key period for students' physical and mental development and personality improvement.High school stage education has special significance for improving students' comprehensive quality and shaping sound three concepts.The cultivation of students' awareness of the rule of law is more conducive to the reduction of juvenile delinquency;To improve students' key ability to adapt to the society;Promoting the construction of a law-based country plays a unique and important role.The paper is divided into four parts: introduction,the concept of cultivating students' legal consciousness in senior high school ideological and political courses,the current situation of cultivating students' legal consciousness in senior high school ideological and political courses,and the teaching exploration of cultivating students' legal consciousness in senior high school ideological and political courses.Through theoretical analysis and practical investigation,the following problems are found in the cultivation of students' legal consciousness in senior high school ideological and political courses: lack of organic integration of teaching objectives,lack of orderly organization of teaching contents,difficulty in breaking through innovation of teaching methods,lack of comprehensive and systematic evaluation methods,and low legal literacy of ideological and political teachers.In view of the problems,the author thinks that we should optimize the ideological and political classroom teaching from five aspects: scientific organization of teaching content,innovative application of teaching methods,creation of "walking" ideological and political classroom,construction of comprehensive teaching evaluation system and construction ofteachers with both moral and legal education.Finally,based on the core quality cultivation requirements of the new curriculum standards,the author selects the box of "workers in the new era" for the teaching design,fully combines the optimization strategies from five aspects,and presents it with detailed teaching examples to provide a demonstration for the cultivation of legal consciousness of high school ideological and political students.So as to improve the teaching quality of senior high school ideological and political courses,enhance the operability of the cultivation of the core accomplishment of the consciousness of the rule of law,and achieve the ultimate goal of improving the effectiveness of the cultivation of students' core accomplishment of the consciousness of the rule of law.
