Influenced by previous "legal education" and exam-oriented education,law-related education in the course of ideology and politics in senior high school has been paying too much attention to imparting legal knowledge.Ignoring the cultivation of students’ capacity for law,legal concept and legal belief.Students’ lack of legal literacy leads to frequent juvenile delinquency in senior high school.The constant higher crime rate makes people to reconsider the law-related education in the course of ideology and politics in senior high school.In order to make the ideology and politics course in high school play proper role in the law-related education,this paper systematically studies connotation,significance,content existing problems and causes,strategies etc of rule of law education in the ideology and politics course in high school.Apart from introduction and conclusion,this article is divided into three parts:Part 1.Summary of law-related education in the course of ideology and politics in senior high school.Mainly defines the connotation of rule of law and law-related education,and defines the goal of law-related education in the course of ideology and politics in senior high school.Meanwhile,this paper studies the significance of carrying out law-related education in the course of ideology and politics in senior high school and studies its content.Part 2.Problems existed in law-related education in the course of ideology and politics in senior high school and its causes.First of all,this paper analyzed the survey questionnaires,summing up the current problems in the law-related education of high school ideological and political classes.Mainly includes some deviations in the orientation of teaching objectives,teaching content lags behind,lack of system,single teaching forms,and lagging teaching methods.Then,The paper analyzes the causes of the above problems,includes emphasis on the law-related education is not enough,law-related education in school flow in form;teachers lack of legal quality and the teaching concept isbackward;school-oriented teaching tends to be serious.Part 3.Strengthen the strategy of the law-related education in the course of ideology and politics in senior high school.Mainly from changing the concept of law-related education,improving teachers’ disposition to rule of law,improving teaching methods,Strengthening the benign interaction between classroom,school,family,society law-related education etc.four aspects to propose the strategy of strengthening the law-related education in the course of ideology and politics in senior high school.
