The existing literature mainly studies the novel teachers,while the vocationaladaption of teachers with teaching experience was less studied.The flow of primaryteachers influences the quality of basic education,and their individual vocationdevelopment. So, it has important significance to the development of educationcause in our country is that focus on the situation of vocational adaption of the flowof primary teachers. This thesis selects four teachers who are working in theTaojiang area in Yunnan province as a case study,using a lot of theory to analyze theadaptation situation and influence factors, in the end, show the conclusion andthinking, hoping to help and guide the teachers who are in puzzled.This thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the researchpreparation and design, which mainly explains five aspects: the purpose andsignificance of research, research methods, the course and design of research,research situation,, concepts definition; After the general information’s introduction,the second chapter study the situation of the vocational adaption of four teachers onenvironment, teaching, interpersonal and school management, and make a smallconclusion and summary; The third chapter is analyze the factors that influence thevocational adaption of the flow of primary teachers.The fourth chapter is researchconclusion and the author’s thinking.
