In order to implement the spirit of the 18 th Congress of the Party and the third,fourth and fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee,promote the rule of law education into the national education system,and improve the systematization and scientific level of the rule of law education,the Party and the government and relevant education experts had made a new version of moral character textbooks in middle schools-"Morality and the Rule of Law." The update of the textbook not only changed the name of the textbook,but also revised the structure of the textbook and the content of the textbook accordingly.This update of the teaching materials reflected the progress of the legal education of junior high school students in China,which was a response and counterattack against the current violence in schools.Changes in moral and legal textbooks had affected the development of ideological and moral education in middle schools.At the same time,they had also had an impact on teachers' teaching methods and classroom teaching strategies.Therefore,how to better use the new version of teaching materials for teaching has become a problem for many teachers in the course of moral and legal education.The main characteristics of the new version of moral and legal textbooks are as follows: First,systematic planning,full consideration of the physical and mental characteristics of children and adolescents,the combination of concentration and decentralization,explicit and implicit combination,highlighting value orientation and educating people.The second is to select excellent genes in traditional culture and combine the growth of students and the requirements of national development to achieve the inheritance of excellent culture.The third is to adhere to the student's life as the basis,and to select content and create situations around topics such as individuals,society,countries,and the world.From concrete to abstract,students are encouraged to use life experiences to develop their thinking,experience emotions,and put into action to highlight life practices.The unification of knowledge.The fourth is to creatively design activities such as investigations,visits,role-playing,discussion and analysis,exchange and sharing,follow-up observation,and reflection and exploration.Guide students to learn and think together,and to combine knowledge and practice,and to cultivate the spirit of inquiry and practice.The characteristics of the new textbooks pose new challenges for teachers to choose teaching strategies in classrooms: what is the relationship between the old textbooks and the new textbooks;how the new textbooks can be effectively taught;what are the characteristics of classroom teaching strategies in the new textbooks;students and organizations? What is the relationship between teaching strategies? In response to these problems,this study conducts a questionnaire survey of junior high school moral and rule of law teachers in Xinxiang X School.Through questionnaires,the study finds that teachers of high school morality and the rule of law generally believe that there is a big difference between the new textbooks and the old textbooks,and the new textbooks are closer to the students' actualities.The change of textbooks has great influence on the choice of teaching strategies in the classroom.The most important classroom teaching strategies are student behavior management strategies and so on.Under the background of the implementation of the new version of textbooks,the morality and rule of law teachers face challenges in classroom teaching strategies,moral and rule of law teachers how to organize their own classroom teaching strategies and other issues,this article discusses as follows.This research mainly discusses the connotation of teaching strategies in the classroom teaching of ethics and rule of law and the current situation of the use of organizational teaching strategies through the questionnaire analysis of classroom teaching strategies of morality and rule of law classes,analysis of relevant literature,and observation of practical classrooms.Through analysis,investigations,and case studies,it proposes an organizational teaching strategy that is more suitable for moral and rule of law classrooms.Through the relevant discussion on the implementation of teaching strategies in moral and rule of law classroom teaching,as well as the introduction of moral and rule of law class teaching strategies in classroom teaching,help moral and rule of law teachers to understand the new version of teaching materials,to understand the classroom teaching strategies.This study mainly introduces the teaching strategies of the organization and helps moral and rule-based teachers improve their classroom teaching abilities and manage their abilities so that morality and rule of law classes are full of vigor and vitality.
