Ideological and Moral character changed its name into Morality and the Rule of Law in China in 2016, and the design and content of teaching materials will be made a large adjustment and change. The column of "Explore and share" runs through this new teaching material, which will be a 'highlight' and an important part of "morality and law". And the column of "Explore and share" of Morality and the Rule of Law means that teachers should take new curriculum requirements and the characteristics of the psychological development of Junior middle school students into consideration by thinking of development, experiencing, rethinking, situational discussing, behavior oriented and so on in order to cultivate junior high school students to explore and share,to be a person with civic literacy.The explore and share activities of morality and the rule of law has the characteristics of distinct ideology,inquiry, democracy, experience and orderly participation, which will cultivate students to become responsible citizen, at the same time , enhance the political identification, cultivate the spirit of inquiry, train the ability of public participation, strengthen the consciousness of the rule of law. This just fits the curriculum reform, which can optimize the curriculum form, construct the the new curriculum form of embedded activities and content, improve the updated teaching mode. However, for there are some problems of teaching material setting and teaching practice in 'explore and share' activities of moral and rule of law, these teaching activities can not fully reflect the characteristics and play the value.Therefore, this article will analyze the deep-seated causes of the problems carefully,and then study the teaching strategies in depth, with a view to provide a useful reference for practical teaching. Firstly, this part makes a narration of its principle, it shows that inquiry and sharing activities should keep to the curriculum standards,adhere to the correct orientation; base on developing responsible citizens; adhere to combining knowledge and the life; pay more attention to the guidance,the combination of students' independent thinking and cooperative inquiry, focus on the local curriculum resources and give priority performance assessments. In addition,combining with the specific teaching cases, the author makes a practical analysis of the teaching steps and methods about the explore and share activities of moral and the rule of law. In the design process, to achieve optimal design, teachers need to clear the theme of activities, streamline the number of activities, enhance the consistency of activities, pay attention to the design gradient of problems, infiltrate the rule of law,combine the extracurricular class. In the process of teaching, teachers should play the leading role to stimulate students' subjectivity. In particular, teachers should learn to control the process of activities, use diversified teaching mode, establish incentive mechanism, to arouse the enthusiasm and enhance the ability of exploring and sharing,lay a solid foundation for students to grow up to be responsible citizens.
