The junior high school "morality and the rule of law" course is mainly around the gradual expansion of the junior high school students 'life scope,the goal is to cultivate students' moral and legal literacy that they should have in their families,schools,and society,so that they can lead active,healthy lives.Therefore,the new curriculum reform calls for classroom teaching to return to life,that is,to connect life in learning and learn in the realistic background of life.Especially in recent years,the teaching methods in the actual classroom of moral and legal education are mostly theoretical teaching,blocking students 'connection with the outside world,restricting students' initiative in learning,and delaying the development of core literacy.Therefore,it is necessary to explore ways and means of making classrooms dynamic and students to actively absorb internalization.In the context of the implementation of the new textbook for two years,this article has systematically summarized and analyzed domestic and foreign moral education teaching strategies for daily life.During the internship,field observations and interviews have been conducted to understand the general implementation of current moral and law classroom teaching life the situation,the teaching life strategy is designed by combining the specific text examples.The full text is composed of four parts:the first part is an introduction,and a literature review of the reasons for writing the thesis related to the life of Chinese and foreign moral education;The second part mainly summarizes the basic concepts of the daily life of classroom teaching of morality and the rule of law,and clarifies the meaning,characteristics and principles;The third part is to explore the specific implementation strategies of the current junior high school moral and rule of law classroom teaching life,which are designed to introduce life-like teaching,create a life-like classroom atmosphere,excavate life-like teaching content,use life-like teaching methods and build life-like teaching.Evaluation and other links are explored.In order to fully demonstrate its applicability and feasibility,the eighth grade second volume of the newly added law content section in recent years is taken as an example for analysis;The fourth part is the relationship between the guarantee of effective implementation of teaching life and the need to deal with it.It mainly focuses on the three aspects of schools,teachers and students to make specific requirements to ensure the smooth implementation of teaching life.At the same time,it aims at teaching life and other teaching methods and life.Propose relevant suggestions to deal with the relationship between materials and auxiliary texts of teaching materials,teaching presets and generation,to avoid misuse due to excessive attention in actual use.It is hoped that through practical observation and analysis,we can explore a set of feasible and effective models and methods for the daily life of classroom teaching of "Ethics and the Rule of Law".
