Lead-in plays a vital role in the whole teaching activity and the quality of lead-in is directly related to the teaching effect of a class.As the ideological and political subject is intensively theoretical and ideological in nature,mere theory cramming would deprive the class of its energy and vitality.In the meantime,multiple problems exist in the part lead-in in practical teaching activities,with neglect of lead-in and wrong lead-in constantly occurring.The efficient and wonderful introduction meets the intrinsic need of the new curriculum reform,and it also does benefit to the correction of the defects existing in the teaching process.In the background of new curriculum reform and new secondary school entrance exam policy,the academia is paying more attention to the research on lead-in,most of which,however,is centered on the subjects of Chinese,Math and English with less on Morality and the Rule of Law.There are some strategies of optimizing the subject in several aspects.The first part outlines concepts and problems concerning the lead-in of Morality and the Rule of Law and elaborates its concepts,theoretical basis,effect and some problems still exist in the practical application of lead-in.In accordance with relevant materials and teaching practice,it summarizes the concept of lead-in.The theoretical basis includes materialistic dialectics of internal and external causes,primacy effect and constructivism.Lead-in optimization in the class Morality and the Rule of Law is of great significance.For example,it is helpful to attract students' attention,arouse their learning interests,create harmonious classroom atmosphere,etc.In the meantime,some problems still exist in the practical application of lead-in,such as giving lessons without lead-in,constantly adopting simplified teaching mode without changing,focusing on forms while divorced from reality and improper material selection.The second part discusses the basic principles and requirements that Morality and the Rule of Law should follow from three aspects.Some problems still exist in the practical application of lead-in.The reason lies in three aspects: some teachers' notions are outmoded;they lack understanding of lead-in and sense of responsibility;their professional qualities are relatively low.When designing the lead-in part,teachers should conform to principles of being specific,novel,concise,inspiring,etc.Based on such problems and corresponding reasons,teachers should correct their attitude towardslead-in,boost their learning of lead-in theories,improve their lead-in ability and enforce basic requirements for professional technique training of lead-in in actual teaching.The third part specifically expounds the optimization methods and strategies of lead-in in the class of Morality and the Rule of Law,and optimize the imported case analysis.The methods include focusing on lead-in,allocating lead-in time properly,choosing efficient lead-in methods,etc.The strategies include lead-in through current affairs and skits,group discussion,video lead-in.The effect can be tested in specific classes.Through the design of the theoretical basis,teaching and the lesson plan design analysis case analysis.
