| The relationship between teachers and students has a profound impact on education and teaching.The ideological and political course in senior high school is different from other disciplines,and its "educating people" character is more prominent.It is the main way of moral education in school.Teachers and students in grade three of senior high school bear heavy pressure on teaching and learning.Therefore,teachers and students of ideological and political course in grade three of senior high school need harmonious teacher-student relationship particularly.However,at present,the relationship between teachers and students of ideological and political course in grade three of senior high school is not harmonious,such as utilitarianism,alienation,indifference and even conflict.In recent years,the concept of harmonious education has developed continuously,and problems of teacher-student relationship often occur.So harmonious teacher-student relationship has gradually become one of the important topics of educational research,and some achievements have been made.But harmonious teacher-student relationship research based on the specific subject background is not much,and study on harmonious teacher-student relationship of ideological and political course in grade three of senior high school is very few.This paper studies the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship of ideological and political course in grade three of senior high school,which consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction.Firstly,it clarifies the background and significance of the thesis.Secondly,it summarizes the previous related research.And then it combs the research ideas.Finally,it summarizes the innovation and shortcomings.The second part makes a theoretical analysis of the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship of ideological and political course in grade three of senior high school.Firstly,the connotation and types of teacher-student relationship and the characteristics of ideological and political course in grade three of senior high school are expounded.Secondly,the influence of different types of teacher-student relationship on the ideological and political teaching in grade three of senior high school is analyzed in detail.Through comparison,it is concluded that the intimate and harmonious relationship between teachers and students is more suitable for the third grade ideological and political lesson.Finally,the theoretical basis and practical significance of constructing harmonious teacher-student relationship of ideological and political course in grade three of senior high school are analyzed.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the harmonious situation of teacher-student relationship of ideological and political course in grade three of senior high school.Questionnaire,interview and observation are used to carry out the investigation and study,which finds that the teacher-student relationship of ideological and political course in grade three of senior high school is not only harmonious,but also disharmonious.The fourth part explores the reasons for the discordant teacher-student relationship of ideological and political course in grade three of senior high school,including three factors.Teaching ideas of ideological and political teachers in grade three of senior high school are not scientific.Teaching ability needs to be improved.Teachers’ understanding and respect for students is lacking.Students’ trust in teachers of ideological and political course in grade three of senior high school decreases,their emotional needs aren’t satisfied,and their temperament types are different.The school pursues the promotion rate of college entrance examination.Guidance of parents to students is unscientific.Market economic system makes a difference.The fifth part points out practical strategies of constructing harmonious teacher-student relationship of ideological and political course in grade three of senior high school,based on the analysis of the existing problems and reasons.The practical strategies include strengthening self-construction and improving comprehensive quality for teachers of ideological and political course in grade three of senior high school;Students in grade three of senior high school strengthening the consciousness of the subject,and actively participating in the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship;giving full play to the educational power of school,family and society. |
