In recent years,the cases of teachers hurting students each others,has appearedoccasionally in the media reports which aroused very high attention and also causedpeople to think of our education deeply: Why The good tradition of respecting teachersbecomes disappeared today? And how should we handle correctly the relationshipbetween teachers and students?This paper discusses the relationship between teachers and students in new period,from the perspective of Ideological and political course in senior high school. Thecontent includes two parts of theory research and practice research. The theory researchbegins with the "Introduction" that gives an overview of the research content from theresearch significance, status, method. Then it analyzes the development of domesticand foreign views on teachers and students. Practice research includes the analysis,questionnaire survey and countermeasures. The survey of the harmonious relationshipbetween teachers and students was hold in three high schools of Taicang city.Investigation by two grades for the comparison object, and each of the survey contentanalysis, provides the necessary reference for subsequent analysis andcountermeasure.In the analysis part, respectively from the three dimensions ofIdeological and political teachers, students, society and analyzes the factorsinfluencing the harmony between teachers and students of high school ideological andpolitical education, especially the torture of new period "pseudo" quality education. Inthe part of countermeasure research, combined with research front and the influencingfactors, puts forward corresponding advices, especially in view of the current Jiangsucollege entrance examination reform plan, the author puts forward as teachers feel.In conclusion, this study attempts to find ways to deal with the relationship between teachers and students,to provide a common value of reference for theconstruction of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, to improvethe actual effect of Ideological and political education of senior high school, topromote long-term development objectives of the implementation and the education ofstudents.
