The natural landscape element system of the Chinese textbooks in senior high school is composed of the scene description in the selected text system and the landscape illustration in the help reading system,presenting the specific natural landscape.This paper applies the classified methods of north and south to the study of natural landscape elements in textbooks,the research object is the Chinese textbooks of Peoples Education Press,which is the most widely used,meanwhile,it has four books have been published by Chinese textbooks redacted by the ministry of education.The author hopes to find out the advantages and disadvantages of two versions of textbooks in the natural landscape of north and south,and make some suggestions for the rational presentation of the natural landscape of the textbook.In order to restore the natural landscape in the two editions of Chinese textbooks,the paper first adopted the literature method to determine the standard of dividing the north-south.According to this standard,the first chapter deeply enter the inside of Chinese textbooks of Peoples Education Press,getting through primary and high two stages,using the content analysis method to the scenery description and illustrations of landscape in 10th Chinese textbooks of Peoples Education Press.In the second chapter,we pay attention to analyze the internal differences not the comparison of quantity,and the time dimension is introduced into this paper,and the different characteristics of the four seasons landscape in the textbook are discussed.We take the detailed description of wind as well as rain and so on as the breakthrough point,discussing the differences between natural landscape of the aesthetic characteristics and the emotional content.Besides,we try to find the reasons behind the preference and difference in the natural landscape of the teaching materials.Paper in the third chapter establishes a link between teaching materials and students,introducing the Chinese textbooks redacted by the ministry of education to compare.As a result,we found that their advantages and disadvantages of the two versions,and enhance the vitality of the research.The Chinese textbooks of People's Education Press has a pretty obvious tendency to south,it show the traces less present north in the features of the four seasons,aesthetic characteristics and inner feelings.We found that the tendency and differences has its existing reason.Including the writer of selected article is mostly from south China,and this is a preference for southern that is inherited from traditional culture psychology;Meanwhile,it adapts to the level of students' psychological development.The latter two are the advantages of People's Education Press textbooks in the aspect of natural landscape.The third chapter firstly concerns the difference between south and north has disparate effects on students' aesthetic psychology,process and personality psychology,and draws the conclusion that too obvious tendency is not beneficial to the students'comprehensive and perception of the beauty from the south and north natural environment through the medium of textbooks.The Chinese textbooks redacted by the ministry of education just appear,which have broken the tendency of the original Chinese textbooks by reducing the description of natural scenery in the south,showing a more balanced state.But this balance is reached by reducing the article which have the description of southern natural scenery.Its landscape elements,especially the illustration of landscape,they are not in line with students' psychological development,and the natural landscape elements are too less,all in all,It has some flaws.Therefore,this paper put forward to increase scenery illustration in the margin of textbooks.At the same time,it should make the illustrations of natural landscape more vivid.Finally,balancing regional distribution and gender of the writer of selected article is necessary,of course,there are some other suggestions.
