Especially for senior high school ideological and political teachers,we should not only undertake the teaching of basic knowledge,but also teach students to learn,learn to live and learn to behave.Having a high intellectual quality can make the high school ideological and political teachers to complete the teaching of students ' academic knowledge,but also can train the students ' healthy psychology,temper the students' ability in all aspects,contribute to the improvement of the content of the ideological and political courses,and help the democratic and harmonious relationship between teachers and students.and contribute to the healthy development of students' comprehensive quality.This article is based on a large number of access to a variety of literature and information on the basis of the provincial demonstrative High school,the city demonstrative High school,general public high School,ordinary private high school of these four types of school ideological and political teachers of the wisdom of the questionnaire survey analysis.From the wisdom accomplishment and its significance to the teachers,in the current educational environment,the teachers 'wisdom accomplishment still has some deficiencies,the deep reason of the problem of the senior high school ideological and political teachers ' wisdom accomplishment,the way of the senior high school ideological and political teachers' wisdom accomplishment strengthening four aspects.In the introductory part of the thesis,the author makes a scientific analysis on the origin of the research on the intellectual accomplishment of the senior high school ideological and political teachers,the significance of the topic selection and the related research,and makes the necessary supplementary explanation to the research ideas and methods,the points of innovation and the deficiencies.The overall framework of this paper includes the following four parts:The first part,defines the meaning of intellectual accomplishment,and analyzes the characteristics of senior high school ideological and political teachers' wisdom and the significance of improving teachers ' intelligence literacy.The second part is based on the investigation of the status quo of the ideological and political teachers in senior high school,and based on the results of the questionnaires as the facts,to the ideological and political teachers of high school intellectual quality of the existing problems are discussed theoretically.The third part,aiming at the problem of the wisdom accomplishment of the senior high school ideological and political teachers in the questionnaire,analyzes the external factors and internal reasons.In the forth part,the author probes into the cultivation ways of the high school ideological and political teachers' wisdom accomplishment from the three aspects of the senior high school ideological and political teachers ' emotional infiltration,knowledge transformation and innovation ability.
