At present,the general trend of Chinese education reform is to cultivate comprehensive talents.For geography,foreign teaching has not been a single geography knowledge,but a multidisciplinary knowledge has been integrated into the Geography Subject.Therefore,putting the concept of large curriculum into geography teaching in China,not only conforms to the trend of education reform,but also coincides with the concept of foreign teaching.But at present there is no systematic study of large curriculum,and the implementation of large curriculum in theory and practice is more connected with all kinds of strange phenomena.Thus,this article makes a definition of the geography large curriculum,that is,geography large curriculum refers to the geographical science and other science in the course of content for each other to absorb,learn from in social life,and they are closely linked,having structural,logical,unified thinking,making the entire curriculum and the various subjects have their own relationship characteristics.Above all,the focus is to allow students to self-study,physically and mentally developed.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is about the research significance,the research plan and the research status at home and abroad.Part 2,the relevant concepts to be defined and clarify the theoretical basis of education.Part 3,the author designs a large curriculum concept under the Geography classroom observation scale,and the use of this scale to observe some of the class,combined with the geography teachers' interviews.The results show that:most of the geography teachers in classroom teaching will use and do not exclude the use of other knowledge as a geographical teaching support,but not systematic,and not efficient.Part 4,aiming at the problems that have been found before,the author puts forward that the concepts of curriculum of geography classroom teaching should follow the principles(connecting the principle,the principle of novelty,the scientific principle,realization principle)and other scientific knowledge significance,methods,and effective teaching strategies,on the basis of these principles.This paper puts forward different teaching strategies and specific teaching suggestions for the four aspects of natural sciences,humanities,engineering and social life,and combines the corresponding knowledge points on the teaching materials.Part 5,with the compulsory "urban spatial structure" of this lesson as an example,the concept of a large curriculum is carried out,and this paper points out how the teaching process embodies the principles and methods of the concept of big curriculum,and allow students to use the observation scale to observe records.Part 6,the integration of research results and thinking.
