Private training institutions are from nothing to adapt to the changes in economic and social development,and after the improvement of people's living standards for their own quality and the choice of future development skills.As a beneficial supplement to public education or training institutions,private training institutions have a positive significance in promoting the development of the education industry,providing more educational opportunities for the public,and promoting and promoting the development of the whole country's education.But limited to the market economy and private training institutions themselves,there are still many problems in human resource management and human resource management incentives.These problems have an important impact on the healthy growth and future development of private training institutions.In view of this,through the research on human resource management incentive of private training institutions,this paper hopes to provide some constructive suggestions and ideas for the problem solving of human resource management incentive problems of private training institutions.This paper,based on the domestic and foreign incentive theory,obtains statistical data through sampling survey,analyzes the incentive problems of human resource management in private training institutions at the macro level and micro level,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.On the basis of the problems,we should improve the incentive system,increase the incentive culture,encourage flexible maneuver,and encourage flexible maneuver.We should pay attention to the effectiveness of incentives,encourage the reform of salary,encourage the improvement of assessment and encourage the development and upgrading.This article is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly involves the background and significance of the topic selection,the research status and commentary at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods of the paper.The second part is an overview of relevant theories,mainly involving the concept of private training institutions,human resources management theory and so on.This part is the theoretical basis of the follow-up study.The third part is the current situation and analysis of the survey,mainly involving the current situation,problems and reasons of the human resources management in private training institutions.This department provides a realistic basis for the last chapter.The fourth part is the optimization strategy,which mainly involves the optimization principle,the macro level optimization content and the micro level optimization content.From specific measures,we explore ways to enhance the incentive mechanism of private training institutions in human resources management.
