From the ancient to modern times,the private schools always play a main role in the education development.As far as the late Spring and Autumn to the Warring States Period,two main private education institutes represented by Confucius and Mo-tse were formed in China.In the Late Qing and Early Republican China,a large number of new-style private schools with the characteristics of democracy and spirits of freedom sprang up and flourished in China,which promoted the spread and development of western democratic ideas and modern science and technology in China and laid a strong foundation for the rise of modern China.During the period of the Culture Revolution,the private schools were very hard to survive.Until the Reform and Open in 1978,the private education began to revive and develop again.Especially since the 1990s,with the speeding up of the reform on education system of China,the schools run by the private entities showed a strong development momentum and greatly propelled social development.Among current several issues to limit the smooth development of Chinese private education,it is widely believed that the stability of teachers in the private schools is the key problem.From the perspective of the society,the main factor to impact the stability of teaching staff is that there are no identical social security and status with the teachers in the public schools.Meanwhile,the private schools also can not offer common social security,opportunities of studying and training,the stage of improvement and growing up,and rational salaries.All in all,the management of the human resource of the school can not keep up with the development of the society.As a new subject of modern society,the management of human resource plays a very important role in Chinese private education.With the purpose of future development,taking the staff management as the core,the school has to establish its own management and teaching teams,meanwhile,the construction for the management and teaching teams must be continually intensified and improved,only in this way,can the school step into a smooth,scientific and rational path with sustainable development.By means of analysis of current development condition of human resource management of Chinese private education,the article points out the main problems in the human resource management of Chinese private education,and especially indicates the principal issues of human resource management in the private schools and private training schools through analyzing the management condition of the human resource of Hohhot Little London English School(Inner Mongolia).Concentrating on these problems,combined with current development condition of private education,some methods and measures on the improvement are put forward in this article.
