The Input Output Efficiency Of Yunnan Youth Extracurricular Activity Center Based On DEA

As the state attaches more importance to the construction of Ideological and moral quality of young people,off campus education as a position to promote teenagers' Ideological and moral construction is gradually entering the public view.The government also strengthens the construction of youth extracurricular activity center and increases its input.The actual efficiency of the input resources,the rational utilization and how to allocate resources should also be further solved by the government.In this paper,the efficiency of education theory as the basis,DEA data envelopment analysis method to analyze the input-output efficiency of 2016 Yunnan youth activities center aims to improve the efficiency of resource allocation based on campus education evaluation system,at the same time,comprehensive evaluation system in Yunnan province extracurricular activity center input-output status,effectiveness analysis and evaluation outside the young students in Yunnan province input-output efficiency.Using DEA data envelopment method should first establish the input-output index system,based on the literature review,the existing policy analysis and interview study extracted the input and output indicators of youth activities center,the input indicators include: annual funds expenditure,activity center area,activity center construction area,the total fixed assets and equipment gross,approval number,the total number of employees;the output indicators include: accommodate activities,the number of reception of the number of students,to carry out activities in the number of days,and the activities of the curriculum,the annual reception number of outstanding achievements of students,batches of awards.The descriptive statistics of the input and output indexes of each state are given,and the corresponding conclusions are obtained by comparison and analysis.Then through the DEA of Yunnan Province Youth Activities Center for empirical analysis,analysis from the three aspects of the overall situation in Yunnan Province,city and the situation of DEA grade evaluation results of treatment,the conclusion is: Yunnan Province youth activities center of input-output efficiency of overall low,City Youth Activity Center activities efficiencyis not balanced and the youth activities center and its efficiency evaluation correlation is not high,school education resources utilization rate is not high,there is insufficient investment and redundant investment.Finally,we analyze the influencing factors of efficiency and put forward corresponding policy recommendations from the aspects of resource allocation,input output ratio,management mechanism and supervision and evaluation mechanism.
