The premise of resource allocation is that resources are scarce,and the scarcity of resources also determines that resource allocation should follow reasonable allocation criteria.In other words,the total amount of resources is limited,so only by improving the resource allocation efficiency can we ensure that resources can be used more adequately and avoid resource waste caused by unoccupied resources.Like other resources,preschool educational resources also have similar feature,so improving the allocation efficiency of preschool educational resource is the basic principle that resource owners must follow in the process of resource allocation.Especially the total amount of preschool educational resources is limited,but the number of kindergartens is growing rapidly,so improving the resource allocation efficiency is an important thing that can ensure the sustainable development of preschool education.Based on this background,this study takes 25 town central kindergartens in M County as the research object and carries out empirical research on the basis of combing the domestic and foreign literature related to "educational resource allocation"," allocation efficiency of educational resource ".From the perspective of research framework,this study consists of five parts: the first part is the introduction of this study,which mainly describes the research background and review the research progress of literature.The second part is the design part of this study.On the basis of determining the research theory,the research methods are selected,the evaluation index system is constructed,the DMUs and DEA models are all selected.The third part is the empirical analysis part of this paper,through CCR model,BCC model and Malmquist model,this study respectively from the "overall level and individual level" and "static level and dynamic level" to analyze the resource allocation efficiency of the town central kindergarten in M county.It is found that the overall resource allocation efficiency of M county is at a high level and shows a trend of increasing year by year.Specifically,the Pure Technical Efficiency reflecting the level of resource allocation management is very close to the effective state of DEA,but in terms of Scale Efficiency,there is still a gap between the actual scale of resource allocation and the optimal scale of resource allocation.The fourth part analyze the factors that affect the resource allocation efficiency of kindergarten from the "management level","scale level" and "technological progress level".The fifth part is the part of suggestions.On the basis of empirical analysis and the influencing factors,combined with the theoretical basis,it provides suggestions for improving the resource management efficiency,optimizing the scale of kindergarten and increasing the strength of technological progress of kindergartens.These suggestions are all based on the conclusion of empirical analysis and the content of interviews,so it can improve the resource allocation efficiency of these kindergartens effectively.
